## Pricing

from $3.50 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Public Tender Monitor: EU TED + UK Find a Tender

Get **new public tenders** from the European Union and the United Kingdom in one clean table, straight from the official open-data APIs: **TED (Tenders Electronic Daily)** for all EU/EEA countries, plus the UK's **Find a Tender** and **Contracts Finder**.

Filter by keyword, CPV code, country and value, then put it on a daily schedule with **"Only new tenders since the last run"** turned on, and every morning you get just the tenders you haven't seen yet.

- 🇪🇺 **Every EU/EEA country** via TED, searched across the full notice text in all languages
- 🇬🇧 **UK above- and below-threshold contracts** (Find a Tender + Contracts Finder)
- 🔁 **Only new tenders** on each scheduled run, remembered per search
- 🧾 **One schema for all sources**: title, buyer, country, CPV codes, estimated value, deadline, link
- ✅ **Open calls only by default**: tenders you can still bid on (turn on award notices if you want results)
- 🔒 **Official open data**, no scraping and no proxies, so runs are fast and cheap

### What you get

One row per tender:

```json
{
  "id": "TED-756620-2026",
  "source": "TED (EU)",
  "stage": "tender",
  "title": "Rozszerzenie licencji systemu GlobTree",
  "summaryEnglish": "Poland – Software package and information systems – Rozszerzenie licencji systemu GlobTree",
  "buyer": "Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami w Dzielnicy Praga-Południe m. st. Warszawy",
  "country": "PL",
  "cpvMain": "48000000",
  "cpvCodes": ["48000000"],
  "value": null,
  "currency": null,
  "procedure": "open",
  "publishedAt": "2026-11-02",
  "deadline": "2026-11-30",
  "url": "https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/756620-2026",
  "matchedKeywords": ["software"]
}
```

`value` is filled when the buyer publishes an estimate (many don't). UK rows also include `buyerEmail` when the notice lists a contact.

### How to use it

| Goal | Input |
|---|---|
| IT tenders in Germany and Poland this week | CPV codes `72000000`, `48000000`; countries `DE`, `PL`; published since `7 days` |
| Daily alert for construction work in the UK over £500k | CPV `45000000`; countries `GB`; min value `500000`; published since `2 days`; only new ✔ |
| Anything mentioning "cybersecurity" anywhere in the EU | keywords `cybersecurity`, `cyber security`; published since `1 day` |

**Tips**

- A broad CPV code includes its sub-codes: `72000000` covers all IT services.
- TED searches every language version, but buyers write in their own language. Add local keywords too (`oprogramowanie`, `Software`, `logiciel`).
- For a daily schedule, use **published since `2 days`** with **only new** turned on. The overlap means nothing is missed, and nothing is repeated.
- The UK's Find a Tender API allows only a few requests per minute. Long UK date ranges (several weeks) take a few minutes; daily runs take about a minute.

### Pricing

Pay per tender saved. A run that finds nothing new costs almost nothing, so daily monitoring stays cheap.

### Data sources and licence

All data comes from official public APIs: [TED API](https://docs.ted.europa.eu/api/latest/index.html) (EU open data), [Find a Tender](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/) and [Contracts Finder](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/) (UK Open Government Licence). This Actor is not affiliated with the EU Publications Office or the UK government.

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

A tender matches if any keyword appears in it. EU (TED) searches the whole notice in every language; UK sources search the title and description. Tip: add keywords in the buyers' languages too (e.g. "oprogramowanie" for Poland). Leave empty to use only CPV codes or countries.

## `cpvCodes` (type: `array`):

EU Common Procurement Vocabulary codes (8 digits). A broad code includes its sub-codes: 72000000 = all IT services, 48000000 = all software packages, 45000000 = all construction work.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Two-letter country codes of the buyer, e.g. PL, DE, FR, GB. Leave empty for all of the EU/EEA plus the UK.

## `publishedSince` (type: `string`):

Only tenders published on or after this date. Use a look-back like "1 day" or "7 days" for scheduled runs, or a fixed date.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers what this exact search returned before and skips it, so a daily schedule gives you just the fresh tenders. The memory is kept per combination of filters.

## `minValue` (type: `integer`):

Skip tenders whose estimated value is below this number (in the tender's own currency). Tenders that don't publish a value are kept.

## `sources` (type: `array`):

Which official sources to search.

## `includeAwards` (type: `boolean`):

By default you get only open calls for tender you can still bid on. Turn on to also get contract award results and prior information notices.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many tenders. Each saved tender is billed.
