## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 website with contacts

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Website Contact Extractor: Emails, Phones & Social Links

Give it a list of websites and get back **one row per company** with the **emails, phone numbers and social media profiles** published on the site. It scans the homepage plus the pages most likely to hold contact details: Contact, Kontakt, Impressum, About, Team, Legal (in many languages).

- 📧 **Emails** from `mailto:` links and page text, including obfuscated ones like `info [at] company (dot) com`. Junk such as `logo@2x.png`, `name@example.com` and tracking addresses is filtered out, and the company's own-domain emails are listed first.
- 📞 **Phone numbers** from `tel:` links and international `+CC` numbers on the page
- 🔗 **Social profiles**: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, GitHub, Threads, Bluesky, WhatsApp, Telegram. Share buttons and post links are ignored.
- 💸 **Pay only for websites where contacts were found.** Sites with nothing on them, and sites that fail, are listed in separate records and are free.
- 🤝 Respects robots.txt, no browser, fast and cheap

### Use cases

- **Lead generation:** turn a list of company websites (from Google Maps, directories or a CRM export) into contactable leads.
- **CRM enrichment:** fill in missing emails, phones and LinkedIn pages for existing accounts.
- **Partner and influencer outreach:** collect official social profiles for brands in bulk.

### Example output

```json
{
  "url": "https://apify.com/",
  "domain": "apify.com",
  "name": "Apify",
  "emails": ["hello@apify.com", "legal@apify.com", "privacy@apify.com"],
  "phones": [],
  "linkedin": "https://linkedin.com/company/apify",
  "github": "https://github.com/apify",
  "tiktok": "https://www.tiktok.com/@apify",
  "contactPageUrl": "https://apify.com/contact",
  "pagesScanned": ["https://apify.com/", "https://apify.com/contact", "..."]
}
```

### Tips

- Use the **company homepage** as input. The extractor finds the contact pages itself.
- **Max pages per website = 5** finds contacts on most sites. Raise it for large corporate sites.
- Sites that build their content only with JavaScript, or that block bots, may return fewer results. Add a proxy if many sites fail.

### Responsible use

This tool collects contact details that companies publish on their own websites. You are responsible for using them lawfully. In the EU/UK, GDPR and ePrivacy rules apply to emailing individuals; in the US, CAN-SPAM. Prefer generic business addresses (info@, sales@) for cold outreach.

### Pricing

Pay per website with at least one contact found.

# Actor input Schema

## `urls` (type: `array`):

Website URLs or bare domains. One row per website is returned; duplicates (same origin) are removed.

## `maxPagesPerSite` (type: `integer`):

Homepage plus the most likely contact pages (contact, impressum, about, team, legal). 5 is plenty for most sites.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many websites to process at once.

## `respectRobotsTxt` (type: `boolean`):

Skip pages disallowed by the site's robots.txt.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional. Most sites work without a proxy.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "urls": [
    "https://apify.com",
    "https://www.crisp.chat",
}
```

# Actor output Schema
