Find newly opened businesses in any area, with contact details, a confidence
level for each detection, and a 0-100 Freshness Score.

### How detection works (honest version)
Google exposes no creation date, so we converge three public signals:
- **high** confidence — Google's "Recently opened" badge is on the listing
- **medium** confidence — the business's FIRST review is younger than your `maxAgeMonths`
  (knowable when its whole review history fits our 50-review sample)
- **low** confidence — very few reviews and no other signal (off by default,
  enable with `includeLowConfidence`)

Name, address, phone, website, Google Maps URL, category, first review date,
"Recently opened" badge flag, confidence level, and a 0-100 **Freshness Score**
(estimated recency + contact reachability).
