## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Lamudi Philippines Scraper — condos, houses, lots & only-new

Scrape **Lamudi Philippines** property listings **for sale and for rent** — condominiums, houses and lots,
apartments, land, townhouses and commercial property — in **Metro Manila (Makati, BGC/Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City…),
Cebu, Cavite, Laguna and the rest of the country**. Each listing comes with **price or monthly rent (PHP), bedrooms,
bathrooms, floor and lot area, city and region, address, coordinates, amenities, developer and dates**. Turn on
**"Only new listings"** and schedule it daily to receive only new listings.

### Use cases

- **Condo and house hunting alerts** for specific cities and types.
- **OFW and foreign investors**: track pre-selling and resale prices remotely.
- **Brokers and developers**: monitor new supply and competing projects.
- **PropTech**: geocoded listing data for maps and valuation.

### Input

```json
{
  "offering": "rent",
  "locations": ["metro-manila/makati", "metro-manila/taguig"],
  "propertyType": "condominium",
  "minBedrooms": 1,
  "maxPrice": 80000,
  "onlyNew": true
}
```

Or paste Lamudi search pages in `startUrls` (e.g. `https://www.lamudi.com.ph/buy/cebu/cebu-city/house/`).

### Output (example)

```json
{
  "id": "41032-73-67e66eb67ad4-a743-1a17c4b-8f80-7081",
  "offering": "rent",
  "price": 320000,
  "currency": "PHP",
  "pricePeriod": "month",
  "bedrooms": 3,
  "bathrooms": 3,
  "floorSize": 272,
  "region": "Metro Manila",
  "city": "Makati",
  "latitude": 14.5634,
  "longitude": 121.0294,
  "datePosted": "2026-10-27",
  "url": "https://www.lamudi.com.ph/property/41032-73-..."
}
```

### Privacy

Names of individual agents are **not** returned (only developer/agency organisations), and no phone numbers or
e-mails are collected.

### Pricing

Pay per event: you pay per listing delivered. Filtered or already-delivered listings are never charged.

### Fair use

Uses only Lamudi's public search and listing pages allowed by its `robots.txt` (no filtered search or form
endpoints), with an honest bot user agent and about one request per second. Not affiliated with Lamudi.
