## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Otodom Scraper — Poland property listings & only-new alerts

Scrape **Otodom.pl**, Poland's largest property portal: **flats, houses, plots, rooms and commercial property for
sale or rent**. Each listing comes with **price, price per m², admin rent (czynsz), area, rooms, floor,
voivodeship → city → district → neighbourhood, street, advertiser type (private / agency / developer), primary or
secondary market, tags and dates**. Results are fetched **newest first**, so with **"Only new listings"** a daily
schedule delivers exactly the ads posted since the previous run.

### Use cases

- **Flat hunting and investor alerts** for Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań… with your price/area/rooms filters.
- **Price-per-m² research** by district and market (primary vs secondary).
- **Agencies and developers**: monitor new supply and competitors' listings.
- **PropTech and valuation models**: clean, structured listing data.

### Input

```json
{
  "transaction": "rent",
  "estate": "flat",
  "locations": ["mazowieckie/warszawa", "malopolskie/krakow"],
  "maxPrice": 4500,
  "minRooms": 2,
  "ownerType": "PRIVATE",
  "listedWithinDays": 1,
  "onlyNew": true
}
```

Or paste Otodom search URLs (with any filters) in `startUrls`. Locations that do not exist are reported in the log.

### Output (example)

```json
{
  "id": "68443343",
  "title": "Saska Kępa | Zamknięte osiedle | Zielona okolica",
  "transaction": "RENT",
  "estate": "FLAT",
  "price": 2100,
  "currency": "PLN",
  "adminRent": 800,
  "rooms": 1,
  "floor": 2,
  "voivodeship": "mazowieckie",
  "city": "Warszawa",
  "district": "Praga-Południe",
  "neighbourhood": "Saska Kępa",
  "street": "Brazylijska",
  "advertiserType": "business",
  "agency": "Lares Estates",
  "url": "https://www.otodom.pl/pl/oferta/saska-kepa-zamkniete-osiedle-zielona-okolica-ID4DbeT"
}
```

### Privacy

Names and photos of **private owners are not returned**; only agencies and developers (businesses) are named. No
phone numbers or e-mails are collected.

### Pricing

Pay per event: you pay per listing delivered. Listings outside your window or already delivered ("only new" mode)
are never charged.

### Fair use

Uses only Otodom's public search pages, as allowed by its `robots.txt`, with an honest bot user agent and about one
request per second. Not affiliated with Otodom or OLX Group.
