## Pricing

from $1.68 / 1,000 listing returneds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Airbnb Listings Scraper

**Airbnb Listings Scraper** extracts public Airbnb listings (titles, prices, ratings, locations, amenities and public reviews) into clean JSON, CSV or Excel. It is built for short-term rental hosts, property managers and analysts who need Airbnb price monitoring and market data without copying pages by hand. You pay per listing, with no monthly fee, and the Actor reads public pages only.

### What can this Actor do?

- Search any city or area and collect the listings Airbnb shows publicly: title, price, rating, number of reviews, approximate coordinates and badges.
- Open each public listing page to add the description, the amenities list and the reviews the page displays.
- Accept Airbnb search URLs or room URLs, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and currency, so you can track Airbnb prices for given dates.
- Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or call it from the API, Make, Zapier or n8n on a schedule for price tracking.
- The Apify free plan monthly credits let you test the Actor on a few listings at no cost.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. Enter one or more locations (for example `Lisbon, Portugal`) or paste Airbnb URLs.
3. Optionally set check-in and check-out dates, adults, and currency.
4. Set the maximum number of listings and click **Start**.
5. Download the dataset from the **Output** tab or read it through the API.

### Input

```json
{
  "locations": ["Lisbon, Portugal"],
  "checkIn": "2026-12-10",
  "checkOut": "2026-12-14",
  "adults": 2,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "includeDetails": true,
  "maxItems": 5
}
```

### Output

Each listing is one dataset item (fields can be null when Airbnb does not show them):

```json
{
  "id": "12345678",
  "url": "https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678",
  "title": "Bright flat near the river",
  "location": "Lisbon, Portugal",
  "priceText": "€95 night",
  "price": 95,
  "rating": 4.9,
  "reviewsCount": 120,
  "amenities": ["Wifi", "Kitchen"],
  "reviews": [{"text": "Great stay", "date": "2026-09-01", "author": "Ana"}]
}
```

### How much does it cost?

This Actor uses **pay per event** pricing: one `result` event per listing returned, so 1,000 listings cost 1,000 events at the price shown in the **Pricing** tab, below the price of the leading Airbnb scraper. Nothing is charged for listings that are not returned.

### FAQ

#### Is it legal to scrape Airbnb?

The Actor collects only publicly visible data and never logs in. You are responsible for lawful use, including the GDPR: reviews show first names, so process them accordingly and respect Airbnb's terms.

#### Why are some fields empty?

Airbnb changes its pages often and shows different details by market. Missing fields are returned as null or empty lists. Turn off **Fetch amenities and reviews** to run faster.

#### Does it bypass captchas or private data?

No. It does not solve captchas, use accounts or access private content. If Airbnb blocks a request, the Actor logs it and moves on.

#### Something does not work?

Open an issue in the **Issues** tab with your input and run link.
