## Pricing

from $2.10 / 1,000 hotel results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Booking.com Scraper - Hotel Prices & Ratings

**Booking.com scraper** for hotel price monitoring: enter a destination and dates, and get hotel names, prices per stay and per night, availability, guest ratings, review counts and amenities as clean JSON, CSV or Excel. Built for hoteliers watching competitors, travel agencies comparing rates, and analysts tracking market prices. It reads only public search pages: no login, no private data.

It is a simple tool for **veille tarifaire hôtelière** (hotel rate monitoring): schedule it daily and compare prices over time, without a Booking.com account.

### What can this Booking.com scraper do?

- Search any destination for given check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and rooms, in the currency you choose.
- Return price total, price per night, availability and low-stock messages ("Only 2 left at this price").
- Return guest rating, rating label and review count, plus room type, area and distance from center.
- Optionally open each public hotel page to add the amenities list (WiFi, parking, pool...) and star class.
- Run it on a schedule to build a daily hotel price history, or call it from the API, Make, Zapier or n8n.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. Type a destination, for example `Lisbon`. Dates are optional: by default the Actor searches one night, 30 days from today.
3. Set the maximum number of hotels, then click **Start**.
4. Download the dataset from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Input

```json
{
  "destination": "Lisbon",
  "checkIn": "2026-12-10",
  "checkOut": "2026-12-12",
  "adults": 2,
  "rooms": 1,
  "currency": "USD",
  "includeDetails": false,
  "maxItems": 5
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "name": "Hotel Avenida",
  "url": "https://www.booking.com/hotel/pt/avenida.html",
  "destination": "Lisbon",
  "address": "Santa Maria Maior, Lisbon",
  "checkin": "2026-12-10",
  "checkout": "2026-12-12",
  "nights": 2,
  "currency": "USD",
  "priceTotal": 240,
  "pricePerNight": 120,
  "available": true,
  "scarcity": "Only 2 left at this price",
  "rating": 8.6,
  "ratingLabel": "Fabulous",
  "reviewCount": 1234,
  "amenities": ["Free WiFi", "Air conditioning"]
}
```

### How much does it cost?

This Actor uses **pay per event** pricing: you pay for each hotel result, and nothing for results that are not produced. For 1,000 hotels you pay the price of 1,000 `result` events shown in the **Pricing** tab, which is below the leading Booking.com scrapers. The Apify free plan includes monthly credits to try it.

### FAQ

#### Is it legal to scrape Booking.com?

The Actor only reads public pages, with no login. You are responsible for using the data lawfully and in line with Booking.com's terms. If results ever contain personal data, the GDPR applies to you.

#### Why do I get fewer results than expected?

Booking.com may show fewer properties for some dates, or temporarily block a request. The Actor retries up to 3 times with a fresh proxy IP. If Booking.com still blocks it, it pushes a single item with `status: "blocked"`, which is not charged. Retry later or with other dates. Prices depend on dates, guests and currency.

#### Can I use it through the API?

Yes. Every run can be started and read through the Apify API and its Python and JavaScript clients, and scheduled daily.
