## Pricing

from $0.36 / 1,000 property listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## European Property Listings Scraper

**European Property Listings Scraper** is a real estate listings scraper for public property portals in Spain,
Portugal and Italy. Paste the URL of any public search-results page (for sale or for rent) and get one clean record per
property: price, area, price per m², bedrooms, bathrooms, location, property type, photo and link. Download the data as
JSON, CSV or Excel, or call it from the Apify API, Make, Zapier or n8n.

### What can this real estate listings scraper do?

- Turn public search pages into a structured table, with one row per listing and the same columns for every portal.
- Compute the price per square metre, and tell sale from rent and apartment from house, so you can compare cities
  and countries without cleaning the data by hand.
- Filter while scraping: minimum and maximum price, minimum area, minimum bedrooms. Listings removed by a filter are
  not charged.
- Follow the "next page" link to collect several pages per search, and remove duplicates between pages and searches.
- Read structured data embedded in the page (schema.org JSON-LD and the page's own JSON) and the visible listing cards,
  then merge them, so a small change in a portal's layout does not break everything.
- Report, for each URL, whether it worked, was blocked or failed (record `REPORT` in the run's key-value store).

It only reads **public** pages. It never logs in, never reads private accounts and never tries to get around a captcha
or a bot-protection wall. If a portal refuses the request, the Actor says so in the log and moves on to the next URL.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. In your browser, open the portal, choose the city, the type of property and your filters, then copy the URL of the
   results page into **Search result URLs**. Add as many URLs as you like.
3. Set **Maximum number of listings** and **Maximum result pages per URL**, optionally add price, area or bedroom
   filters, then click **Start**.
4. Download the results from the **Output** tab, or schedule the Actor to track a market every day or week.

Tip: portals with strong anti-bot protection may answer with an error from data-center addresses. You can try the
**Proxy configuration** option; the Actor will still never try to solve or bypass a captcha.

### Input

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.pisos.com/venta/pisos-madrid/" }],
  "maxItems": 5,
  "maxPagesPerUrl": 1,
  "maxPrice": 900000,
  "minBedrooms": 2,
  "proxyConfiguration": { "useApifyProxy": false }
}
```

### Output

Each listing is one dataset item. Fields that a portal does not show are left out. Example:

```json
{
  "title": "Piso en calle de la Princesa, 76",
  "url": "https://www.pisos.com/comprar/piso-gaztambide-65098413759_100500",
  "price": 1600000,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "operation": "sale",
  "propertyType": "apartment",
  "areaM2": 155,
  "pricePerM2": 10323,
  "bedrooms": 3,
  "bathrooms": 3,
  "location": "Gaztambide (Distrito Chamberí. Madrid Capital)",
  "country": "ES",
  "portal": "pisos.com",
  "searchUrl": "https://www.pisos.com/venta/pisos-madrid/",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-16T09:00:00+00:00"
}
```

### How much does it cost?

This Actor uses **pay per event** pricing: you pay for each listing returned, and nothing for pages that return no
listing. The price is **about $0.60 per 1,000 listings** (see the exact amount for the `result` event in the
**Pricing** tab), plus a few cents of Apify platform usage. Apify's free plan gives you monthly credits, enough to
test the Actor on a few hundred listings before you pay.

### FAQ

#### Which portals does it support?

It is built for Idealista-style portals in Spain, Portugal and Italy. The daily test runs on pisos.com (Spain), where
it is verified. On other portals it works when the search page shows listing cards with a price and a link, or schema.org
data, in the HTML sent by the server; portals that render everything in the browser, or that block automated visits
(several large ones do, including idealista.com in many cases), may return nothing. The `REPORT` record tells you
what happened for each URL. The Actor does not bypass protections.

#### Is it legal to use this Actor?

The Actor reads public listing pages only. You are responsible for using the data lawfully: check each portal's terms
of use and database rights. Listings may contain personal data (for example an agent's name); the Actor does not look
for phone numbers or e-mails, but if you store personal data you must comply with the GDPR.

#### Why are some fields missing?

Each portal shows different details on its result cards. Missing fields are simply left out of the item.

#### What if something does not work?

Open an issue in the **Issues** tab with your input and the run link. Portals change their layout often, and reports
help to fix the parser quickly.

#### Can I use it through the API?

Yes. Every run can be started and read through the Apify API and its Python and JavaScript clients.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Public search-results pages of a property portal (for sale or for rent) in Spain, Portugal or Italy, for example a city page on pisos.com. Paste the URL after applying your filters in the browser.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many listings in total. Keep it low to test the Actor cheaply.

## `maxPagesPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

How many result pages to follow for each start URL (the Actor follows the 'next page' link).

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Keep only listings priced at or above this amount (monthly rent for rentals). Listings removed by this filter are not charged.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Keep only listings priced at or below this amount. Listings removed by this filter are not charged.

## `minAreaM2` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Keep only listings with a known area of at least this many square metres.

## `minBedrooms` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Keep only listings with a known number of bedrooms of at least this value.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional Apify Proxy. Some portals refuse requests from data-center addresses; a proxy may help. The Actor never bypasses captchas.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    {
      "url": "https://www.pisos.com/venta/pisos-madrid/"
  "maxPagesPerUrl": 1,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One dataset item per listing, shown in the Overview view.
