## Pricing

from $0.36 / 1,000 listing scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Immobiliare.it & Imovirtual Scraper

**Immobiliare.it & Imovirtual Scraper** is an immobiliare imovirtual property listings scraper: it extracts Italian & Portuguese property listings from the public search pages of Immobiliare.it and Imovirtual.com and returns them as clean, structured JSON: price, area in m², rooms, location and agency. Investors, agents and analysts can download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or call the Actor through the Apify API. You paste the search URLs you already use in your browser, and you pay only for the listings you receive.

### What can this Actor do?

- Read search result pages from **Immobiliare.it** (Italy) and **Imovirtual** (Portugal), mixed in the same run.
- Return one item per listing: source, id, title, price, price text, currency, area in m², price per m², rooms, bedrooms, city, zone, street, agency and listing URL.
- Compute the price per square metre so you can compare markets at a glance.
- Read several result pages per URL, remove duplicates, and stop at your listing limit.
- Use the free Apify plan monthly credits to test it on a few dozen listings.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. Apply your filters (city, price, type) on Immobiliare.it or Imovirtual in your browser and paste the search page URLs.
3. Set the maximum number of listings and the number of pages per URL, then click **Start**.
4. Download the dataset from the **Output** tab, or connect it to Make, Zapier or n8n.

### Input

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.immobiliare.it/vendita-case/roma/" },
    { "url": "https://www.imovirtual.com/pt/resultados/comprar/apartamento/lisboa" }
  ],
  "maxItems": 10,
  "maxPages": 1
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "source": "immobiliare.it",
  "id": "123456789",
  "title": "Trilocale via Roma 1",
  "price": 250000,
  "priceText": "€ 250.000",
  "currency": "EUR",
  "areaSqm": 85,
  "pricePerSqm": 2941.18,
  "rooms": 3,
  "bedrooms": 2,
  "city": "Roma",
  "zone": "Prati",
  "address": "Via Roma",
  "agency": "Agenzia Rossi",
  "url": "https://www.immobiliare.it/annunci/123456789/"
}
```

Some fields can be empty when the portal does not show them for a listing.

### How much does it cost?

This Actor uses **pay per event** pricing: one `result` event per listing returned, nothing for pages without listings. So 1,000 listings cost 1,000 `result` events at the price shown in the **Pricing** tab (the cost for 1,000 results is that unit price multiplied by 1,000). Apify's free plan credits let you try it before you pay.

### FAQ

#### Is it legal to use this Actor?

The Actor reads only public listing pages, with no login. Listings may show the name of an agency or a street. If you store or process personal data, you are responsible for complying with the GDPR (RGPD) and the portals' terms of use.

#### Why did I get fewer listings than expected?

Portals change their pages and can limit automated access. The Actor logs a warning when a page has no listings or returns an error. Try fewer pages or open an issue.

#### Can I use it through the API?

Yes. Every run can be started and read through the Apify API and its Python and JavaScript clients.

#### What if something does not work?

Open an issue in the **Issues** tab with your input and the run link.
