## Pricing

from $0.41 / 1,000 job offer extracteds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Welcome to the Jungle Jobs Scraper

**Welcome to the Jungle jobs scraper** extracts public job offers from Welcome to the Jungle (WTTJ) and returns clean,
structured data: company, salary, contract type, remote policy, city and profession. Use it for recruitment
monitoring, salary benchmarks, market research or lead lists of companies that are hiring. Download the results as
JSON, CSV or Excel, or call the Actor from the Apify API, Make, Zapier or n8n.

### What can this Actor do?

- Search Welcome to the Jungle offers by keyword (job title, skill, profession).
- Filter by city or country, contract type (full time, internship, apprenticeship, freelance...) and remote policy.
- Return one dataset item per offer with the company, the salary range when it is published, the contract, the remote
  policy, the city, the country, the profession, the publication date and the link to the offer.
- Run on a schedule to watch new offers every day and send them to your tools.
- On the Apify free plan, the monthly credits let you test it on a few hundred offers.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. Enter job keywords (for example `data engineer`), or keep the prefilled value to see an example.
3. Optionally add a city, a contract type and a remote policy.
4. Set the maximum number of results, then click **Start**.
5. Download the results from the **Output** tab, or read them through the API.

### Input

```json
{
  "query": "developer",
  "city": "Paris",
  "contractType": "full_time",
  "remote": "partial",
  "maxItems": 5
}
```

Only `query` and `maxItems` matter for a first test; the other fields are optional filters.

### Output

Each offer is one dataset item. Example:

```json
{
  "titre": "Data Engineer",
  "entreprise": "Alan",
  "salaire": "45000-60000 EUR / yearly",
  "salaire_min": 45000,
  "salaire_max": 60000,
  "devise": "EUR",
  "contrat": "full_time",
  "teletravail": "partial",
  "ville": "Paris",
  "pays": "France",
  "metier": "Data Engineering",
  "date_publication": "2026-10-01T09:00:00Z",
  "url": "https://www.welcometothejungle.com/fr/companies/alan/jobs/data-engineer"
}
```

The salary is empty when the company did not publish it.

### How much does it cost?

This Actor uses **pay per event** pricing: about **$1 for 1,000 results** (one `result` event per job offer). You pay
nothing for offers that are not returned. The exact price is shown in the **Pricing** tab, and Apify's free plan gives
you monthly credits to try the Actor before you pay.

### FAQ

#### Is it legal to use this Actor?

The Actor only reads job offers that Welcome to the Jungle shows publicly, without any login. Offers are about
companies, not private individuals. You are responsible for using the results lawfully, including the GDPR if you
combine them with personal data.

#### Why is the salary empty for some offers?

Many companies do not publish a salary. The Actor never guesses one.

#### What if something does not work?

Open an issue in the **Issues** tab with your input and the run link. The website can change, and the Actor will be
updated.

#### Can I use it through the API?

Yes. Every run can be started and read through the Apify API and its Python and JavaScript clients.

#### Is it affiliated with Welcome to the Jungle?

No. It is an independent tool that reads public pages.
