## Pricing

from $0.10 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

- 🔥 **Demand signals** — spot best movers using the "bought in the past month" counts and review volumes.
- 🏷️ **Deal discovery** — find the biggest discounts (`discountPercent`) in any category.
- 🛒 **Assortment research** — see which products rank on page 1 for a keyword, including sponsored placements.
- 🇸🇦 **Market entry research** — benchmark SAR price levels before launching a product in Saudi Arabia.
- 🔁 **Feeds and dashboards** — pipe fresh Amazon.sa data into spreadsheets, BI tools or your own catalogue.

### ❓ FAQ

**Which URLs can I scrape?**
Any amazon.sa search URL (`/s?k=…`) or category page (`/b?node=…` or `/s?rh=n%3A…`), including price, brand, category, sort and language parameters. Pages copied with a language prefix such as `/-/en/s?k=…` also work.

**Does it support Arabic?**
Yes. Add `language=ar_AE` to the URL or use an `/-/ar/s?k=…` URL and titles and delivery text come back in Arabic.

**How many items can I get per search?**
Amazon shows about 7 result pages per search (roughly 300 items). Use filters or several start URLs to cover more.

**Do I need a proxy?**
Yes, use Apify residential proxies with country Saudi Arabia (the default in the input). Amazon.sa blocks most datacenter and plain connections, so runs without them often return fewer items or fail.

**Are prices in SAR?**
Yes, all prices are Saudi riyals as numbers, with `null` when Amazon shows no price.

**Why are some fields `null`?**
Fields such as `listPrice`, `rating` or `boughtLastMonth` only exist when Amazon displays them for that product.

**How fresh is the data?**
Data is fetched live on every run; `scrapedAt` records when each item was collected.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

amazon.sa search result URLs (for example https://www.amazon.sa/s?k=laptop). Filters, sorting and category parameters in the URL are respected.

The maximum number of items to fetch per start URL. Amazon returns up to about 7 result pages (roughly 300 items) per search.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
