## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## FincaRaíz Property Scraper

Collect public property listings from [FincaRaíz](https://www.fincaraiz.com.co), a real-estate marketplace in Colombia. The Actor reads the site's server-rendered listing data and saves real records with the listing ID, title, operation and property type, asking price, currency, public address, city and department, coordinates, area measurements, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, stratum, facilities, image URLs, seller name and source dates when those values are present. Fields that the source does not provide are omitted from a record.

### Input

Choose `operationType` (`sale` or `rent`), `propertyType`, and a FincaRaíz location path such as `bogota-dc` or `medellin/antioquia`. `maxResults` defaults to 50 and limits the number of saved records. You can also set a keyword, price and area bounds, minimum bedrooms or bathrooms, or a stratum. These additional filters are applied to the collected source records. For a specific FincaRaíz search or property page, pass one or more `startUrls`; each URL must use HTTPS on the `fincaraiz.com.co` domain. `proxyConfiguration` is optional. Set `useApifyProxy` to `false` or omit proxy settings to connect directly.

### Example output

```json
{
  "id": "193914077",
  "url": "https://www.fincaraiz.com.co/casa-en-venta-en-el-poblado-medellin/193914077",
  "title": "Casa en Venta en El Poblado, Medellín",
  "operation_type": "Venta",
  "property_type": "Casa",
  "price": 1400000000,
  "currency": "COP",
  "city": "Medellín",
  "department": "Antioquia",
  "area_m2": 220,
  "bedrooms": 4,
  "bathrooms": 3,
  "source": "FincaRaíz"
}
```

### Price per result

The supplied champion snapshot lists a price of USD $0.00089 per property result. Store pricing can change over time. The Actor does not call `Actor.charge`; dataset item billing is handled by the platform according to the Actor's configured pricing.
