## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Kolesa.kz Scraper — Kazakhstan Car Listings

Collect car adverts from **kolesa.kz**, the largest auto marketplace in Kazakhstan, without a login.
Point the actor at any kolesa.kz catalog or filtered search page (brand, model, city, price range, ...) and it
walks the result pages, returning one clean record per advert. Optionally it opens every advert page as well
to add the full parameter table and the options list.

### What you get

- Identity: advert ID, URL, title, brand, model, year, category
- Price: price in KZT, price as displayed, average market price for the model, monthly credit payment
- Place and time: city, city and region codes, publication date, last update, views
- Seller signals: seller user ID, seller type ID, photo count, video flag, paid services applied to the advert
- Condition: new / used flag, mileage, trade-in and credit availability
- With "Open each advert page" on: body type, engine, transmission, drive, steering, colour, generation,
  customs status, the complete parameter table and the list of options

### Input

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `startUrls` | kolesa.kz catalog / search URLs (for example `https://kolesa.kz/cars/toyota/camry/almaty/`) or direct advert URLs `https://kolesa.kz/a/show/<id>`. Default: `https://kolesa.kz/cars/` |
| `maxResults` | Maximum number of adverts to return. Default 50 |
| `includeDetails` | Open every advert page for the full parameter table. Default on |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Optional Apify Proxy settings. Without a proxy the actor connects directly |

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://kolesa.kz/cars/toyota/camry/almaty/" }],
  "maxResults": 100,
  "includeDetails": true
}
```

### Example output

```json
{
  "id": 231811117,
  "url": "https://kolesa.kz/a/show/231811117",
  "title": "ВАЗ (Lada) Priora 2172 2012 г.",
  "brand": "ВАЗ (Lada)",
  "model": "Priora 2172 (хэтчбек)",
  "year": 2012,
  "price": 1600000,
  "currency": "KZT",
  "average_market_price": 1468000,
  "mileage_km": 350000,
  "location": "Семей",
  "published_date": "2026-10-18T23:59:59+05:00",
  "body_type": "Хэтчбек",
  "engine": "1.6 (бензин)",
  "transmission": "Механика",
  "drive": "Передний привод",
  "source": "kolesa.kz"
}
```

Phone numbers and seller names are loaded by the site only on demand and are not collected.

### Pricing

Pay per result: you are charged for each advert record written to the dataset, and nothing for runs that
return no data. The exact price per result is shown on the Actor page in the Apify Store.

### Notes

The site answers HTTP 418 to some desktop browser fingerprints, so the actor uses a plain TLS client with a
browser User-Agent and falls back to mobile fingerprints automatically. Results come in the site's own
search order; very deep pages may be limited by the site itself (up to 100 pages per start URL).

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

kolesa.kz catalog pages (e.g. https://kolesa.kz/cars/, https://kolesa.kz/cars/toyota/camry/almaty/, or any filtered search URL) or direct advert URLs (https://kolesa.kz/a/show/<id>). Pagination is followed automatically.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of adverts to collect across all start URLs.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Also load every advert page to add the full parameter table (body, engine, transmission, drive, steering, colour, customs status, generation) and the options list. Slower; switch off for fast listing-only output.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional. Leave Apify Proxy on, or disable it to connect directly.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    {
      "url": "https://kolesa.kz/cars/"
    }
  ],
  "maxResults": 50,
  "includeDetails": true,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Dataset with the scraped records.
