### Multi-Platform STR Monitor — Airbnb + Booking

Monitor short-term-rental supply across **Airbnb and Booking.com in a single run**,
returned in **one unified schema**. Point it at a market (and dates) and get every
listing — name, price, rating, reviews, geo and URL — from both platforms side by
side, ready to compare.

#### Why one unified feed

Comparing supply across platforms normally means running two different scrapers
and reconciling two incompatible schemas. This actor does it in one pass: the same
columns for Airbnb and Booking, so you can rank a market's inventory, spot price
gaps, or track how supply shifts between platforms over time (schedule it and diff).

prices are per night.
