## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Ozon Product Scraper

Collect product cards from public Ozon category pages (`ozon.ru`). Each dataset row contains the Ozon product ID, title, canonical product URL, current numeric price, displayed price text, currency, and the category page that supplied the card. When Ozon shows them, rows also contain an original price, rating, review count, and product image URL. Prices and optional fields are taken from the page; the actor does not invent missing values.

### Input

- `startUrls` (required): one or more Ozon category URLs. The prefilled example is the Ozon laptop category.
- `maxResults` (default `50`): hard cap on product rows written across all URLs.
- `maxPagesPerUrl` (default `3`): maximum category pages to visit for each URL.
- `proxyConfiguration` (optional): Apify Proxy settings. Omit it or set `useApifyProxy` to `false` to make direct requests.

The actor uses Chrome-style HTTP impersonation and retries transient fetch failures. If a category page is blocked, it tries the next numbered category page. Ozon may return an anti-bot challenge; in that case the affected page is skipped and the run can finish with fewer rows than requested. No login or CAPTCHA solving is used.

### Example output

```json
{
  "sku": "5617492877",
  "title": "Ноутбук 15.6\", Intel N95, RAM 32 ГБ, SSD 2048 ГБ, Intel UHD Graphics, Windows Pro",
  "url": "https://www.ozon.ru/product/noutbuk-15-6-intel-n95-ram-32-gb-ssd-2048-gb-intel-uhd-graphics-windows-pro-max-n95-serebristyy-5617492877/",
  "price": 37727.72,
  "priceText": "37 727,72 с",
  "originalPrice": 756242.94,
  "currency": "KGS",
  "rating": 4.4,
  "reviewCount": 99,
  "images": ["https://ir-3.ozone.ru/s3/multimedia-1-d/wc500/14376260065.jpg"],
  "imageCount": 1,
  "sourceUrl": "https://www.ozon.ru/category/noutbuki-15692/?page=2",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-13T08:31:00+00:00"
}
```

Fields that Ozon does not show for a product are omitted from that row. The category view displays SKU, title, price, original price, currency, rating, review count, product URL, and image count.

### Price per result

The champion pricing reference lists a pay-per-result price of **$0.004 per product on the Free tier**, with lower tiered prices on paid plans. Check the actor's Pricing tab for the currently configured amount. The actor writes one dataset item for each product and does not call custom charge events.
