## SuperCasas Scraper - Dominican Republic Real Estate

Scrape property listings from **SuperCasas** (`supercasa.com`, which redirects to `www.supercasas.com`), the leading real estate portal of the Dominican Republic. Get apartments, houses, villas, land, offices and commercial premises for **sale**, **rent** or **vacation rent**, with prices, rooms, areas, amenities, photos and the phone numbers of the agency and agent.

No login, no browser: the actor reads the same search pages a visitor sees and, optionally, opens every listing page for the full details.

### What it collects

For each listing:

- **Identity**: listing number, URL, title, property type, operation (`sale`, `rent`, `sale_and_rent`)
- **Price**: headline price, currency (`USD` / `DOP`), rent period, and every price shown (sale, rent, furnished rent…)
- **Property**: bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spaces, built area and lot area in m², condition, current use, floor, elevators, year built, buildable flag
- **Location**: province, sector and the full location path
- **Content**: description, amenities list, main photo, all photo URLs, video link, view counter, featured flag
