## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Zigbang Property Listings Scraper

Collect publicly available property listings from [Zigbang](https://zigbang.com), the Korean real-estate marketplace. The actor accepts item IDs, listing URLs, or a public realtor user number, then fetches each listing's structured detail from Zigbang's public JSON interface. It does not require a Zigbang login or API key.

### What it collects

Each dataset row can include the listing ID and URL, contract and property types, room type, deposit and monthly rent in 만원 and KRW, exclusive and contract area, floor, room direction, management fee, parking and elevator details, administrative area, nearby subway stations, options, photo URLs, and update time. Fields absent from a listing are omitted. Agent contact details and full street addresses are not included.

### Input

| Name | Type | Description | Default |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `listingIds` | string list | Zigbang item IDs to fetch directly. | — |
| `listingUrls` | string list | Zigbang listing URLs containing `/items/{id}`. | — |
| `realtorUserNo` | string | Public realtor user number; the actor lists that realtor's current items. | — |
| `maxResults` | integer | Maximum number of output listings. | 50 |
| `proxyConfiguration` | object | Optional Apify proxy settings. Direct requests are used when disabled or omitted. | `{"useApifyProxy":false}` |

At least one of `listingIds`, `listingUrls`, or `realtorUserNo` must be supplied. Example:

```json
{
  "listingUrls": ["https://www.zigbang.com/home/officetel/items/49290517"],
  "maxResults": 10,
  "proxyConfiguration": {"useApifyProxy": false}
}
```

### Example output

```json
{
  "listingId": 50683930,
  "url": "https://www.zigbang.com/home/officetel/items/50683930",
  "sales_type": "월세",
  "service_type": "오피스텔",
  "deposit": 600,
  "rent": 600,
  "deposit_krw": 6000000,
  "floor": "고",
  "floor_total": "17",
  "address_region": "서울특별시 강남구 삼성동",
  "image_count": 20
}
```

### Pricing

One output listing is one billable dataset item under the current Apify Store rate. This actor does not call `Actor.charge` or add a custom event fee; the platform applies the per-item price configured for the published actor.
