$8.00 / 1,000 domains

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Bulk Domain Metrics: Authority, Traffic & Spam Score

Give a list of domains and get one row for each: how strong its backlink profile is, how much Google traffic it gets, and how spammy its links look. Use it to sort link-building and outreach lists, vet guest-post sites, or screen domains before you buy. The data comes from the DataForSEO API.

### Input

- Domains: 30 to 1,000 a run, for example `apify.com`. Website links are cut to their domain, and www is removed. Repeats are counted once.
- Traffic country: the Google market for the traffic estimates (US, GB, CA, AU or IN).

### Output

One row per domain:

| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| domain, country | The domain and the traffic market |
| authority_rank | Backlink authority from 0 to 100 |
| organic_traffic, organic_keywords | Estimated monthly Google organic visits, and the keywords it ranks for |
| paid_traffic, paid_keywords | Estimated monthly visits from Google Ads, and the keywords it bids on |
| spam_score | Backlink spam score from 0 to 100; higher looks spammier |

A field is empty when the source has no figure for that domain, which is common for very small or new sites. Text that is not a domain gets a free `invalid_domain` row.

### Price

One `domain` event for each domain row, at the price shown on this page. The data source charges per request whatever the list size, so a run needs at least 30 domains. A shorter list gets one free row that says so, and nothing is charged.

### Limits

- Traffic figures are estimates from search rankings, not analytics data.
- Up to 1,000 domains a run. For more, start more runs.
