## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Career Page Jobs Scraper: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor & Breezy

Get **every open job straight from company career pages**, in one clean, consistent format, with **salary ranges**, **remote flags** and **full descriptions**.

Paste career-page links (or just company names) and get a spreadsheet-ready list of jobs. It works for thousands of companies that host their careers page on:

| Platform | Example companies | Example input |
|---|---|---|
| **Workday** | Salesforce, NVIDIA, large enterprises | `https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site` |
| **Greenhouse** | Airbnb, Stripe, Figma, Databricks, Discord | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb` |
| **Lever** | Palantir, many startups | `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` |
| **Ashby** | Ramp, Notion, many tech startups | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` |
| **Workable** | Hugging Face, many SMBs | `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface` |
| **SmartRecruiters** | Bosch, large enterprises | `https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup` |
| **Recruitee** | bunq, European scale-ups | `https://bunq.recruitee.com` |
| **Personio** | Personio, many European SMBs | `https://personio.jobs.personio.de` |
| **Teamtailor** | Teamtailor, Nordic & European companies | `https://career.teamtailor.com` |
| **Breezy HR** | US small businesses | `https://acme.breezy.hr` |

**Only have company websites?** Paste domains like `stripe.com` or `figma.com`. The scraper finds each company's job board for you (in our tests, 21 of 25 well-known tech companies were matched from the domain alone). That's handy for sales teams tracking hiring signals across a list of accounts.

### Why this scraper

- ✅ **Reliable.** It reads each platform's public job-board API (for Workday, the JSON feed the careers site itself loads), the same data that powers the company's own careers page. No browser, no proxies, no logins, no CAPTCHAs, so runs don't randomly fail.
- 💰 **Salary data, normalized.** `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency` and `salaryPeriod` come from structured pay-transparency fields where available, or from the job description as a fallback.
- 🔔 **"Only new jobs" mode.** Schedule it daily and get only jobs you haven't seen before. You only pay for new results.
- 🧹 **One schema for all 10 platforms.** No more writing ten different parsers.
- 🔎 **Built-in filters:** title keywords (include/exclude), location, remote-only, posted in the last N days.
- ⚡ **Fast and cheap.** Hundreds of jobs in seconds.

### Use cases

- **Job seekers & job boards:** aggregate openings from your target companies into one feed.
- **Recruiters & sales teams:** see who's hiring for what (hiring signals for outbound).
- **Market & compensation research:** collect salary ranges by role, level and location.
- **Alerts:** run on a schedule with *Only new jobs* and send results to Slack, email, Google Sheets or a webhook through Apify integrations.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Career-page URLs, company websites like `stripe.com` (the job board is discovered automatically), or plain company names like `stripe` (every platform is tried). Use `lever:palantir` to force a platform. |
| `titleKeywords` / `excludeTitleKeywords` | Keep or drop jobs by words in the title (whole-word match: "intern" won't match "internal"). |
| `locationKeywords` | e.g. `London`, `Germany`, `remote`. |
| `remoteOnly` | Only remote jobs. |
| `postedWithinDays` | Only jobs posted in the last N days. |
| `onlyNewJobs` + `stateKey` | Output only jobs not seen in earlier runs with the same history name. |
| `includeDescription` | Include `descriptionText` and `descriptionHtml` (default on). |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | Cap per company (0 = no limit). |

Example:

```json
{
  "companies": ["https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb", "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp", "lever:palantir", "notion"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "excludeTitleKeywords": ["intern"],
  "locationKeywords": ["New York", "remote"],
  "onlyNewJobs": true
}
```

### Output

One item per job:

```json
{
  "platform": "ashby",
  "companySlug": "ramp",
  "companyName": "Ramp",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Backend",
  "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
  "locations": ["New York, NY (HQ)", "Remote (Canada)", "Remote (US)", "Miami, FL"],
  "country": "USA",
  "isRemote": true,
  "workplaceType": "Hybrid",
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "salaryMin": 211400,
  "salaryMax": 290600,
  "salaryCurrency": "USD",
  "salaryPeriod": "YEAR",
  "salaryText": "$211.4K – $290.6K • Offers Equity",
  "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35.753Z",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-…",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-…/application",
  "descriptionText": "ABOUT RAMP …",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-08T17:31:11.089Z"
}
```

Download it as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or pull it through the Apify API.

A `SUMMARY` record in the run's key-value store lists how many jobs came from each company, and any company that couldn't be found.

### Pricing

**$1.00 per 1,000 jobs**, plus a negligible $0.00005 per run. Platform usage is included, and you pay nothing for companies with no matching jobs. With *Only new jobs*, daily monitoring of dozens of companies typically costs cents per month.

### Tips & FAQ

**How do I find a company's slug?** Open their careers page and click any job. The link usually shows the platform and slug, e.g. `jobs.lever.co/<slug>/…` or `boards.greenhouse.io/<slug>/jobs/…`. Paste either link and the scraper extracts the slug for you.

**A company says "not found".** It may use a platform this scraper doesn't support, or a custom careers site. Check the `SUMMARY` record. Workday companies must be given as a full careers-site URL (plain names can't be auto-detected for Workday).

**Large Workday sites.** Workday's own search stops at 2,000 jobs. This scraper automatically splits big sites by job category or location and merges the results, so you get every job (e.g. all ~2,700 at NVIDIA, not just 2,000). Workday "posted" dates come from the job detail page when descriptions are on, and are approximate ("Posted 3 days ago") when descriptions are off.

**Websites, names and URLs.** For a website, the scraper looks at the homepage and common careers pages for a link to a supported job board. If none is found (e.g. careers pages built entirely in JavaScript), it falls back to trying the company name on each platform. Plain names work the same way. `SUMMARY` shows the platform, board and `matchedBy` (`url`, `website` or `name-guess`) for each company. For name guesses on common names, double-check the result, or paste the careers-page URL for an exact match.

**Breezy HR descriptions.** Breezy's public feed doesn't include job descriptions, so `descriptionText` is empty for Breezy jobs.

**Some jobs have no salary.** Salaries appear only when the company publishes them, which is common for US roles because of pay-transparency laws.

**Is this allowed?** The scraper only reads the public job-board endpoints these platforms provide so that job listings can be displayed and shared. It doesn't log in, bypass anything, or collect personal data about candidates or employees.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Career-page URLs (e.g. https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site, https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb, https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, https://apply.workable.com/huggingface, https://bunq.recruitee.com, https://acme.jobs.personio.de, https://career.teamtailor.com, https://acme.breezy.hr) company websites (e.g. "stripe.com": the job board is found automatically), or plain company names/slugs (e.g. "stripe"). For a plain name, every supported platform is tried. You can also write "lever:palantir" to pick the platform.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains at least one of these words, e.g. "engineer", "data", "product manager". Leave empty to keep all.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. "senior", "intern", "manager".

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location matches one of these, e.g. "New York", "London", "Germany", "remote".

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote (or with "remote" in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs published in the last N days. 0 = any time. (Not every platform reports a posting date; jobs without one are kept.)

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Output only jobs that weren't returned by a previous run with the same 'History name'. Great for scheduled daily alerts: you only pay for new jobs.

## `stateKey` (type: `string`):

Used with 'Only new jobs'. Use a different name for each separate watch-list.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds descriptionText and descriptionHtml. Turn off for smaller, faster output.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many companies to fetch at the same time. The default is fine for most runs.
