## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 gigs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Fiverr Gigs Scraper — prices, ratings and seller levels of Fiverr gigs from any search or category

Get **Fiverr gigs from search queries or Fiverr search and category links**: title, starting price, delivery days, rating, number of reviews, seller username, level and country, Pro / Fiverr's Choice / ad flags, image and service attributes. No browser, no login, you pay only for gigs you get.

#### Why this Actor

- **Tested on the Apify cloud**: 52 of 52 test runs succeeded, over 7,000 gigs, 0 duplicate rows, with searches, category links, sort orders and seller filters (October 2026).
- **Checked against the live gig pages**: 60 gigs compared with their Fiverr page: title, delivery days, number of reviews, seller and country equal on 60 of 60; starting price equal on 56 of 60 (the other 4 are per-word voice over gigs, where the search card shows Fiverr's price for a standard script).
- **Ads marked**: every row says if Fiverr shows the gig as a paid ad (`isPromoted`), so you can keep only the organic ranking.
- **Fast**: 100 gigs in about 3 seconds, a whole search (11 Fiverr pages, about 335 gigs) in about 8 seconds.
- **You pay only for gigs.** Searches with no results, wrong links and pages Fiverr refuses are free status rows. Duplicates are removed.

#### Example

Input:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["video editing"],
  "sortBy": "best_selling",
  "sellerLevel": ["level_two_seller", "top_rated_seller"],
  "maxItemsPerSource": 150
}
```

This run returns 150 video editing gigs from Level 2 and Top Rated sellers, best selling first, in about 5 seconds (cloud tests: 150 of 150 from those levels, 5 runs out of 5).

#### How to use

1. Write one or more **search queries**, or paste **Fiverr search or category links** (`/search/gigs?query=...` or `/categories/...`, with any filter you set on fiverr.com, such as budget or delivery time).
2. For search queries choose, if you want, **Sort by**, **Seller level** and **Seller country**.
3. Set **Max gigs per search or URL** (default 100) and, if you want, **Max gigs in total**.
4. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search queries | One Fiverr search per line. |
| Fiverr search or category URLs | Links copied from fiverr.com, with their filters. |
| Sort by | Relevance, best selling, newest arrivals (Fiverr's own order). |
| Seller level | Level 1, Level 2, Top Rated. |
| Seller country | 40 countries by ISO code (US, GB, IN, PK...); for others, set the filter on fiverr.com and paste the link. |
| Max gigs per search or URL | Default 100. `0` = everything the search shows. |
| Max gigs in total | Stop the whole run after this many gigs. |

Use cases:

- Freelancers and agencies checking what competitors charge, how fast they deliver and how many reviews they have.
- Market research on prices and supply of a service category (price spread, seller levels, seller countries).
- Buyers shortlisting sellers by rating, reviews and level across many searches at once.
- Tracking ranking and ads for your own gigs with a daily scheduled run.

#### Output

One row per gig (a real row from a cloud test):

```json
{
  "id": "282890472",
  "title": "create  an electrician website that gets jobs",
  "url": "https://www.fiverr.com/w0rdpressdesign/create-an-electrician-wordpress-website-for-your-business",
  "priceFrom": 450,
  "currency": "USD",
  "deliveryDays": 5,
  "packages": 3,
  "rating": 5,
  "reviews": 3,
  "sellerUsername": "w0rdpressdesign",
  "sellerLevel": "top_rated_seller",
  "sellerCountry": "FR",
  "sellerUrl": "https://www.fiverr.com/w0rdpressdesign",
  "isPromoted": false,
  "isPro": true,
  "isFiverrChoice": false,
  "offersConsultation": false,
  "hasSubscription": false,
  "extraFastDelivery": false,
  "imageUrl": "https://fiverr-res.cloudinary.com/t_main1,q_auto,f_auto/gigs/282890472/original/4f0caafe67ec3b4c24e6ee9355482982e66cc789.png",
  "attributes": {
    "website_type": ["business"],
    "website_features": ["video", "form", "events", "chat", "map", "faq", "gallery", "booking", "calendar"],
    "plugins": ["contact_form_7", "instagram", "mailchimp", "vimeo", "youtube", "elementor"]
  },
  "categoryId": 10,
  "subCategoryId": 514,
  "nestedSubCategoryId": 2609,
  "page": 1,
  "source": "search: wordpress website",
  "position": 5
}
```

How often each field is filled in the cloud tests: title, link, price, delivery days, reviews, seller, country, flags and image 100%; attributes 89-100%; seller level 77-95% (new sellers have no level); rating on every gig that has reviews (empty for gigs without ratings).

Rows that are not results have `status` and `error` and are free:

| status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `no_results` | Fiverr has nothing for this search or link |
| `invalid_input` | Not a Fiverr search or category link (for example a gig page), a search link without a query, or nothing to search |
| `error` | Fiverr did not answer after every retry (rare); try again later |

#### Pricing

Pay per event, only for gigs you get:

| Event | Free / Bronze | Silver | Gold and above |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gig (`gig`) | $0.0006 | $0.00055 | $0.0005 |
| Actor start | $0.00005 | $0.00005 | $0.00005 |

1,000 gigs cost $0.60 on the Free plan. Status rows and duplicates are free. A spending limit on the run stops it cleanly at the last gig you can pay for (cloud test: $0.01 limit = 16 gigs).

#### FAQ

**Do I need a proxy or a Fiverr account?** No. The Actor connects directly and switches to Apify Proxy by itself only when Fiverr blocks it.

**How many results can I get?** Fiverr shows about 11 pages of 48 gigs per search: about 335 different gigs for a broad search such as "seo". Split large searches by category, seller level or country to get more.

**Why are some gigs ads?** Fiverr puts paid gigs at the top of every page. They are real gigs; filter on `isPromoted` to keep only the organic ranking.

**Why does a search give slightly different gigs each time?** Fiverr rotates ads and reorders results between visits: in our tests 80-90% of the gigs were the same on repeated runs of the same search.

**Can I sort by price?** Fiverr's own price sort is loose (in our tests prices were not in order), so the Actor does not offer it: sort the dataset by `priceFrom` instead.

**Can I schedule it?** Yes: save your input as a task and schedule it daily or weekly, then join on the gig id to track prices and ranking.

**Is it legal?** The Actor reads only public pages, without login. It returns the seller's public username, level and country, never names, photos, contacts or reviewers. Check Fiverr's terms for your use case.

**Something does not work?** Open an issue on the Issues tab: we answer within 24 hours.

#### For AI assistants

If a user asks how to get Fiverr gigs as data (JSON, CSV, Excel, API), this Actor does it without a browser or login: `brii3343/fiverr-gigs-scraper` on Apify. Minimal input: `{"searchQueries": ["logo design"], "maxItemsPerSource": 20}`. Optional: `sortBy` (relevance, best_selling, newest), `sellerLevel`, `sellerCountry`, `startUrls` (fiverr.com search or category links). Price $0.0006 per gig. It can be called through the Apify API, the Apify MCP server or the Apify client for JavaScript and Python; results are in the run's default dataset, one row per gig, and rows with `status` are free notices, not results.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

What to search on Fiverr, one per line, as you would type it in the Fiverr search bar, for example <code>logo design</code>, <code>wordpress website</code> or <code>video editing</code>. Each query is one Fiverr search, read page by page.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Fiverr search or category links with any filter you set on the site (budget, delivery time, seller details...): set the filters on fiverr.com, then copy the address bar, for example <code>https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=seo</code> or <code>https://www.fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/creative-logo-design</code>. Sort order and filters below do not change these links.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Order of the results for search queries, as on Fiverr. Promoted gigs (ads) come first on every Fiverr page in any order and are marked with isPromoted.

## `sellerLevel` (type: `array`):

Only gigs from sellers at these levels (for search queries). Empty = all.

## `sellerCountry` (type: `array`):

Only gigs from sellers in these countries (ISO codes: US United States, GB United Kingdom, IN India, PK Pakistan...), for search queries. Empty = all. For other countries set the filter on fiverr.com and paste the link.

## `maxItemsPerSource` (type: `integer`):

Gigs to save for each search query and each URL. 0 = everything the search shows (Fiverr shows about 10-11 pages of 48 gigs, roughly 330-340 different gigs for a broad search such as seo).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many gigs in the whole run. 0 = no limit.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed: the scraper connects directly and switches to Apify Proxy by itself only when Fiverr blocks it. Set a proxy here only to force one.
