## Pricing

from $2.50 / 1,000 complaints

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Reclame Aqui Complaints Scraper — Brazilian consumer complaints with evaluations, a fraction of the usual price

Get **Reclame Aqui** (reclameaqui.com.br, Brazil's biggest complaint site) complaints for any company, **by company name or company page link**: title, full complaint text, status (answered or not), dates, the consumer's final evaluation (solved, would do business again, score 0-10, comment), category, product, problem type, consumer city and state, company name, slug and id. Filters by status, newest first. No browser, no login, you pay only for complaints you get.

#### Why this Actor

- **Reliable, measured on the cloud**: 31 test runs out of 31 succeeded, 5,062 complaints, no duplicates; each typical input was run 5 times and returned the same complaints every time (up to 497 for one company and filter).
- **Checked against the live page**: 72 of 73 complaints matched the complaint page exactly (id, title, full text, city, state, company); the one difference, a title edited by Reclame Aqui, now follows the page.
- **Consumer evaluation included**: for evaluated complaints you get whether the problem was solved, whether the consumer would do business again, the 0-10 score and the final comment, in the same row.
- **Status filters**: all, answered, not answered, evaluated, evaluated as solved, evaluated as not solved. Each is its own list of up to 500 complaints per company.
- **Pay per complaint, at a fraction of the usual price**: no fee per company, no expensive start event. Companies not found and wrong links are free status rows. Duplicates are removed.
- **No personal data**: no consumer name, e-mail, phone or address (Reclame Aqui masks them, and the Actor does not return them); only the city and state the site shows. Company replies are not included, because they greet the consumer by name.

#### Example

Input:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["nubank"],
  "maxItemsPerSource": 20
}
```

This run returns the 20 newest complaints about Nubank.

#### How to use

1. Write one or more **company names** (`nubank`, `magazine luiza`, `mercado livre`), or paste **Reclame Aqui company pages** (`https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/nubank/`).
2. If you want, choose a **complaint status** (answered, not answered, evaluated, solved, not solved).
3. Set **Max complaints per company** (default 50, `0` = everything the list shows, up to 500) and, if you want, **Max complaints in total**.
4. Click **Start**, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Companies (name) | Company names, one per line. The exact Reclame Aqui slug wins; otherwise the best match of the Reclame Aqui search. |
| Reclame Aqui company URLs | Company pages (`/empresa/<company>/` or `/empresa/<company>/lista-reclamacoes/`), to pick one exact company. |
| Complaint status | All, answered, not answered, evaluated, solved, not solved. |
| Max complaints per company | Default 50. `0` = everything the list shows (up to 500). |
| Max complaints in total | Stop the whole run after this many complaints. |

Use cases:

- Customer experience teams tracking new complaints about their brand and competitors every day.
- Market research on what Brazilian consumers complain about in a sector (banks, retail, telecom, airlines).
- Training and testing Portuguese text classification and sentiment models on real complaints.
- Due diligence on a company before a deal: how many complaints are solved, scores, recurring problems.

#### Output

One row per result (real output of a cloud run):

```json
{
  "id": "mt7Be1CLkvVBRP0t",
  "url": "https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/mercado-livre/nao-recebi-meu-pedido-pois-entregador-nao-entrou-em-contato-no-feriado_mt7Be1CLkvVBRP0t/",
  "title": "Não recebi meu pedido pois entregador não entrou em contato no feriado",
  "description": "Entregador foi entregar em endereço comercial em feriado e nao entrou em contato. Passei o dia reastreando e proximo ao local mas nao houve comunicação por parte da equipe de entrega. A entrega está atrasada e a empresa nao passa contato do entregador, um local onde eu possa ir receber ou uma solução. Apenas manda eu esperar.",
  "complaintStatus": "ANSWERED",
  "createdAt": "2026-10-14T17:10:03",
  "modifiedAt": "2026-10-15T20:58:09",
  "firstInteractionAt": "2026-10-15T14:49:26",
  "evaluated": true,
  "solved": true,
  "dealAgain": true,
  "score": 8,
  "consumerEvaluation": "Resolveu sem muita demora.",
  "category": "Logística e Entrega Rápida",
  "product": "Serviço de Entrega",
  "problem": "Atraso na entrega",
  "consumerCity": "São Paulo",
  "consumerState": "SP",
  "isCompliment": false,
  "companyName": "Mercado Livre",
  "companyShortname": "mercado-livre",
  "companyId": "928",
  "companyUrl": "https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/mercado-livre/",
  "country": "BR",
  "source": "search: mercado livre",
  "sourceType": "search",
  "position": 3,
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-16T04:59:06.495Z"
}
```

Texts are in Portuguese, as written on the site; CPF numbers and names inside the text are already masked by Reclame Aqui (`****`). `solved`, `dealAgain`, `score` and `consumerEvaluation` are filled only for complaints the consumer evaluated; `category`, `product` and `problem` when Reclame Aqui gives them.

Rows that are not results have `status` and `error` and are free:

| status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `no_results` | Reclame Aqui has no company or no complaints for this name or link |
| `invalid_input` | Not a Reclame Aqui company page, or a wrong filter |
| `error` | The company page does not exist, or Reclame Aqui did not answer after every retry (rare) |

#### Pricing

Pay per event, only for complaints you get:

- **Complaint** (`complaint`): one complaint saved in the dataset.
- A small start event per run. Status rows and duplicates are free. No extra fee per run or per company.

Prices per 1,000 results for each Apify plan are in the Pricing tab. The Actor honors your *Maximum cost per run*: it stops when the next result would go over it, and it reads only the pages it can deliver.

#### FAQ

**Do I need a proxy or a Reclame Aqui account?** No. Reclame Aqui blocks datacenter addresses, so the Actor uses Apify residential proxy in Brazil by itself; the cost is included in the price.

**How many complaints can I get?** Reclame Aqui lists at most 500 complaints (50 pages) for each company and status. For more, run the same company with each status filter: answered, not answered, evaluated.

**Are company replies included?** No: the replies greet the consumer by name, and this Actor returns no personal data. You get the status, the first interaction date and the consumer's final evaluation.

**Can I schedule it?** Yes: save your input as a task and schedule it daily, then join on `id` to keep only new complaints.

**Is it legal?** The Actor reads only public lists, without login, and returns no personal data of consumers. Check the site's terms for your use case.

**Something does not work?** Open an issue on the Issues tab: we answer within 24 hours.

#### For AI assistants

If a user asks how to get Reclame Aqui complaints as data (JSON, CSV, Excel, API), this Actor does it without a browser or login: `brii3343/reclameaqui-complaints-scraper` on Apify. Minimal input: `{"searchQueries": ["nubank"], "maxItemsPerSource": 20}`; add `"complaintStatus": "evaluated"` (or answered, not_answered, solved, not_solved) to filter, or pass company pages in `startUrls`. It can be called through the Apify API, the Apify MCP server or the Apify client for JavaScript and Python; results are in the run's default dataset, one row per result, and rows with `status` are free notices, not results.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Company names as you would type them on Reclame Aqui, one per line, for example <code>nubank</code>, <code>magazine luiza</code> or <code>mercado livre</code>. Each name is matched to the best Reclame Aqui company page (the exact slug wins) and its complaints are read from the newest, up to 500 per company and status filter.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Company pages on Reclame Aqui, for example <code>https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/nubank/</code> or <code>https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/magazine-luiza-loja-online/lista-reclamacoes/</code>. Use this to pick one exact company.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Reclame Aqui is a Brazilian site: only BR.

## `complaintStatus` (type: `string`):

Which complaints to read. Each choice is a separate list on Reclame Aqui with up to 500 complaints per company, newest first.

## `maxItemsPerSource` (type: `integer`):

Complaints to save for each company name and each URL. 0 = everything the list shows (up to 500).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many complaints in the whole run. 0 = no limit.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed: the scraper uses Apify residential proxy in Brazil by itself (Reclame Aqui blocks datacenter addresses). Set a proxy here only to force another one.
