## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Italy Public Tenders (Bandi di gara) – TED Scraper

Get **open Italian public tenders** from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU's official procurement journal) as clean JSON, CSV or Excel. Filter by **CPV sector code**, **region (NUTS)** and **keyword**. Schedule it daily and you have a tender alert service for one sector and region.

### Who uses it

- **Companies that bid** (IT, construction, facility services, medical supplies) and want every new *bando di gara* in their sector without checking portals by hand.
- **Consultants and tender-writing agencies** who build lead lists for clients.
- **Sales teams** looking for public buyers that are spending on their category right now.
- **Data teams** feeding a CRM, Google Sheets, Slack or n8n/Make/Zapier workflow.

### What you get per tender

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `title` | Italia – Servizi di sviluppo di software personalizzati – Sviluppo dei sistemi informativi per la sala operativa unica… |
| `buyer`, `buyerCity` | FERROVIENORD SOCIETA' PER AZIONI, MILANO (MI) |
| `deadline` | 2026-11-27 |
| `estimatedValue`, `currency` | 15000000, EUR |
| `cpv` | \["72230000"] |
| `nuts` | \["ITC41"] (can be empty when the buyer didn't specify it) |
| `noticeType`, `publicationDate` | cn-standard, 2026-10-13 |
| `url`, `pdfUrl` | Links to the official notice on ted.europa.eu |

### Input examples

**IT services tenders in Lombardia, published in the last day (daily alert):**

```json
{ "cpvPrefixes": ["72"], "nutsPrefixes": ["ITC4"], "daysBack": 1 }
```

**Construction works anywhere in Southern Italy, last 7 days:**

```json
{ "cpvPrefixes": ["45"], "nutsPrefixes": ["ITF"], "daysBack": 7 }
```

**Keyword search across all sectors:**

```json
{ "keywords": "pulizia", "daysBack": 14 }
```

#### Common CPV prefixes

### Daily alerts in 2 minutes

1. Set your filters with `daysBack: 1`.
2. In Apify, open **Schedules** and run this Actor every morning.
3. Add an integration: email, Slack, Google Sheets, or a webhook to Make/Zapier/n8n.

### Pricing

Pay per result: you pay only for tenders returned. There's no monthly fee, and a daily alert for one sector costs a few cents a day.

### Notes

- Data source: the official TED Search API (public, no login). The Actor reformats it and adds no information of its own. Always read the official notice before bidding.
- Coverage is tenders above EU thresholds, which TED publishes. Many below-threshold Italian tenders appear only on national portals (ANAC/PCP).
- Questions or a missing field? Open an issue on the Actor page. I usually reply within 48 h.

# Actor input Schema

## `daysBack` (type: `integer`):
