## Pricing

from $2.10 / 1,000 announcements

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## France Company Announcements (BODACC) – Creations, Sales, Insolvencies

Get the **official French company announcements** published in the **BODACC**: **new companies**, **business sales (with the price)**, **insolvency proceedings** (receivership, liquidation), **company changes** (registered office moves, dissolution, change of officers) and **closures**.

Filter by **event type, department, postal code and keyword**, and turn on **“only new since last run”** to receive a daily feed.

### Who is it for?

- **Accountants, banks, insurers & B2B suppliers** – reach newly created companies in your area first.
- **Business buyers & brokers** – follow business sales (fonds de commerce) and their prices by sector and city.
- **Credit & risk teams** – monitor insolvency proceedings of customers and suppliers.
- **Local economy observers & journalists** – track creations and closures in a territory.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `publishedAt`, `eventType`, `eventLabel` | 2026-09-22, `vente`, Business sale / transfer |
| `companyName`, `siren`, `legalForm`, `capital` | ABRAHAM, 853718609, SARL |
| `activity` | Restaurant, traditional food… |
| `headOffice`, `establishmentAddress`, `postalCode`, `city`, `department` | company addresses |
| `salePriceEur`, `saleCategory`, `saleEffectiveDate`, `previousOwner` | 100,000 €, purchase, previous owner company |
| `judgmentType`, `judgmentNature`, `judgmentDate` | Opening of judicial liquidation, 2026-09-01 |
| `changes` | `registered_office`, `officers`, `dissolution`, `activity`… |
| `activityStartDate`, `creationCategory` | for creations |
| `accountsClosingDate`, `accountsFilingType`, `accountsConfidential` | for accounts filings (event type `dpc`, off by default) |
| `officialUrl`, `court` | official BODACC notice |

### How to use

Example – companies created in the Cantal (15) in the last 30 days:

```json
{
  "eventTypes": ["creation"],
  "departments": ["15"],
  "publishedLastDays": 30
}
```

Example – daily feed of restaurant sales in Lyon's postal codes:

```json
{
  "eventTypes": ["vente"],
  "keywords": ["restaurant"],
  "postalCodes": ["69001", "69002", "69003"],
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true
}
```

Schedule it daily and connect email, Slack or Google Sheets.

### Privacy by design

- Only **companies (legal entities)** are returned. Announcements about **individuals** (sole traders) are never collected.
- **Names of company officers, partners, notaries and court administrators are removed**: free-text fields that can contain them are replaced by structured flags (e.g. `changes: ["officers"]`).
- A business sold by an individual shows `previousOwner.individual: true` with no name.

### Data notes

Some notices (mostly company changes) are published without any address: `city` and `postalCode` are then empty, but `department`, `companyName` and `siren` are always filled in.

### Pricing

You pay a small fee per announcement returned.

### Data source & license

Data comes from the official **BODACC** (Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales) published by the DILA on [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/datasets/bodacc), under the **Licence Ouverte v2.0 (Etalab)**, which allows commercial reuse with attribution. Every result includes a `source` field with this attribution.
