## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 stations

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## France EV Charging Stations

Find **electric vehicle charging stations in France** from the **official national registry (IRVE)**. Search by **postal code, city, department or GPS radius**, and filter by **power (kW), connector type (Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO), free charging, 24/7 access** and public access.

Each result is one **station**, with its charge points grouped together.

### Who is it for?

- **EV apps, route planners & fleet tools** – feed a map or a trip planner with a clean, structured list.
- **Fleet managers & delivery companies** – find fast chargers around depots and along routes.
- **Real estate, hotels & retail** – check charging coverage around a site, or spot areas without chargers.
- **Charge point operators & analysts** – benchmark competitors: power, connectors, pricing, density.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `name`, `brand`, `operator`, `operatorPhone` | TESLA SUPERCHARGER |
| `address`, `postalCode`, `city`, `inseeCode` | 87 Av. Charles de Gaulle, 15000 Aurillac |
| `latitude`, `longitude`, `distanceKm`, `googleMapsUrl` | ready for maps |
| `maxPowerKw`, `chargingSpeed`, `chargePoints` | 250 kW, ultra-fast, 24 points |
| `connectors` | `ccs`, `type2`, `chademo`, `ef` |
| `free`, `cardPayment`, `pricing`, `reservation` | payment and booking info |
| `open24h`, `openingHours`, `access`, `accessibility` | 24/7, public access, disabled access |
| `commissionedAt`, `lastUpdated` | dates from the registry |

Charging speed: **normal** ≤ 22 kW, **accelerated** 22–50 kW, **fast** 50–150 kW, **ultra-fast** ≥ 150 kW.

### How to use

Example – fast chargers (50 kW+, CCS) within 20 km of Lyon:

```json
{
  "latitude": "45.764",
  "longitude": "4.8357",
  "radiusKm": 20,
  "minPowerKw": 50,
  "connectorTypes": ["ccs"]
}
```

Leave every location field empty to get the most powerful stations in France.

### Pricing

You pay a small fee per station returned. A search of 50 stations costs a few cents.

### Data quality notes

The registry is filled in by each operator. This Actor cleans the most common issues for you: booleans written in different ways, power published in watts instead of kilowatts, and swapped coordinates (the consolidated, corrected coordinates are used).

### Data source & license

Data comes from the official consolidated **IRVE** file (charging infrastructure for electric vehicles) published on data.gouv.fr and distributed by [ODRÉ](https://odre.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/bornes-irve/), under the **Licence Ouverte v2.0 (Etalab)**, which allows commercial reuse with attribution. Every result includes a `source` field with this attribution.

## `connectorTypes` (type: `array`):

Only stations offering all of these connectors.

## `onlyFree` (type: `boolean`):

Only stations declared as free of charge.

## `onlyOpen24h` (type: `boolean`):

Only stations open around the clock.

## `onlyPublicAccess` (type: `boolean`):

Skip stations reserved to customers or residents.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of stations to return.
