## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 job saveds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs API — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Personio, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor

Get every open job from company career boards in **one clean, normalized dataset** — straight from each ATS's **official public job board API**. No login, no cookies, no proxies, no HTML scraping.

Paste what you have — a company's careers page, an ATS board URL, or just `ats:slug` — and the Actor figures out the rest.

### What it does

- **7 ATS in one run:** Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Personio, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor.
- **Auto-detects the ATS** from a normal careers page (e.g. `https://www.notion.com/careers` → Ashby board `notion`).
- **One schema for all sources:** title, department, team, location(s), country, remote flag, workplace type, employment type, salary range (when the company publishes it), posted date, job URL, apply URL, and optional full description.
- **Filters:** title keywords, location keywords, remote only, posted within N days, max jobs per company.
- **Only new jobs mode:** remembers job IDs between runs, so a daily schedule gives you just the new postings.
- **Per-company summary** (`SUMMARY` in the key-value store): which ATS was detected, how many jobs were found, and any input that failed and why.

### Input

| Field | What to put |
|---|---|
| `companies` (required) | One per line: careers page URL, ATS board URL, or `ats:slug` |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title contains any of these words |
| `locations` | Keep jobs whose location contains any of these words (e.g. `London`, `Remote`, `Japan`) |
| `remoteOnly` | Only remote jobs |
| `postedWithinDays` | Only jobs posted in the last N days |
| `includeDescription` | Add plain-text + HTML description |
| `onlyNewJobs` | Output only jobs not seen in earlier runs |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | Cap per company |

Accepted forms for `companies`:

```
https://www.notion.com/careers
https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb
https://jobs.lever.co/spotify
https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ashby
https://bunq.recruitee.com
https://personio.jobs.personio.de
https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup
https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs
greenhouse:airbnb
lever:spotify
ashby:ashby
recruitee:bunq
personio:personio
smartrecruiters:BoschGroup
teamtailor:career
```

The same board given in two forms is fetched once.

### Output example

```json
{
  "ats": "lever",
  "boardSlug": "spotify",
  "company": "spotify",
  "jobId": "2193db3f-77c5-43b8-b030-8f92c9882bf1",
  "title": "Android Engineer - Experience",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Experience",
  "location": "London",
  "locations": ["London", "Stockholm"],
  "country": "GB",
  "remote": false,
  "workplaceType": "hybrid",
  "employmentType": "Permanent",
  "salaryMin": null,
  "salaryMax": null,
  "salaryCurrency": null,
  "salaryInterval": null,
  "postedAt": "2026-06-23T11:29:45.805000+00:00",
  "url": "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify/2193db3f-77c5-43b8-b030-8f92c9882bf1",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify/2193db3f-77c5-43b8-b030-8f92c9882bf1/apply",
  "input": "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-08T11:20:00+00:00"
}
```

Fields a source doesn't provide are `null` (for example, Greenhouse's public API has no salary field, and Personio's feed has no remote flag).

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$1 per 1,000 jobs** saved to the dataset (cheaper on Bronze, Silver and Gold plans). No start fee. Set a maximum cost per run and the Actor stops when it is reached.

| Example | Jobs | Cost |
|---|--:|--:|
| 10 companies, all open roles | ~1,000 | ~$1 |
| 100 companies, engineering roles only (`keywords`) | ~2,000 | ~$2 |
| Daily watch list of 50 companies, `onlyNewJobs` | ~50 new per day | ~$1.50 per month |

### Use cases

- Job boards and aggregators that need fresh postings from specific employers
- Recruiters and sales teams tracking who is hiring for what (hiring signals)
- Market and salary research across companies that publish pay ranges
- Daily alerts for new roles at a watch list of companies (schedule + `onlyNewJobs`)
- Feeding AI agents with structured, current job data

### FAQ

**How do I find a company's ATS slug?** You don't have to. Paste the company's careers page and the Actor detects the board. If you already know the board URL (for example `jobs.lever.co/acme`), paste that.

**Is this scraping?** No HTML is parsed for job data. Each source is the JSON/XML feed the ATS vendor documents for publishing a company's open jobs. The only page the Actor opens is the careers page you give it, once, to find which board it embeds.

**Why are some fields empty?** Each ATS publishes different fields. For example, Greenhouse's public API has no salary field and Personio's feed has no remote flag. Missing values are `null`, never guessed.

**Can I monitor new jobs?** Yes. Turn on `onlyNewJobs` and schedule the Actor (for example, daily). Each run returns only postings it hasn't delivered before.

### Where the data comes from

Only endpoints the ATS vendors publish for showing a company's open jobs to the public:

- Greenhouse Job Board API — https://developers.greenhouse.io/job-board.html
- Lever Postings API — https://github.com/lever/postings-api
- Ashby Public Job Posting API — https://developers.ashbyhq.com/docs/public-job-posting-api
- Recruitee Careers Site API — https://docs.recruitee.com/reference/offers
- Personio XML job feed — https://developer.personio.de/docs/retrieving-open-job-positions
- SmartRecruiters Posting API — https://developers.smartrecruiters.com/docs/posting-api
- Teamtailor jobs RSS feed — https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/11171756-rss-feed-how-to-guide

When you give a careers page URL, the Actor opens that one page to find which board it embeds. It does not crawl other pages.

### Limits

- Workday, iCIMS, Taleo and other ATS without a public job board API are not supported.
- Careers pages that load their job list only with JavaScript from an unknown source may not be detected. Use the board URL or `ats:slug` instead.

### Support

Open an issue on the Actor page. Requests for another ATS with an official public job board API are welcome.

This Actor is built and maintained with AI assistance (Claude Code) and tested against live boards before each release.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Any of: a company careers page URL (the ATS is detected automatically), an ATS board URL (e.g. https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb, https://jobs.lever.co/spotify, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ashby, https://bunq.recruitee.com, https://personio.jobs.personio.de, https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup, https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs), or ats:slug (e.g. greenhouse:airbnb, lever:spotify, ashby:ashby, recruitee:bunq, personio:personio, smartrecruiters:BoschGroup, teamtailor:career). The same board given twice is fetched once.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains at least one of these words (case-insensitive).

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains at least one of these words (case-insensitive), e.g. London, Remote, Japan.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote by the ATS (or with 'remote' in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs first posted within this many days. Jobs without a posting date are kept.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the plain-text description (and HTML) to each job. Makes items larger; SmartRecruiters needs one extra request per job.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Remember job IDs between runs (in a named key-value store) and output only jobs that are new since the last run. Useful for scheduled monitoring.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs per company.

```
# Actor output Schema
## `jobs` (type: `string`):
One item per job posting: ats, company, jobId, title, department, team, location(s), country, remote, workplaceType, employmentType, salary range, postedAt, url, applyUrl and (optionally) description.
## `summary` (type: `string`):
Per input: detected ATS, board slug, jobs found, jobs saved, and the error message if the input could not be read.
