from $1.00 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Skroutz.gr Product & Shop Offers Scraper

Scrape [Skroutz.gr](https://www.skroutz.gr) search results and **competing shop prices for the same product**.

### Modes

1. **Shop offers (default)** — search → open product pages → one dataset row per shop (`kind: shop_offer`) with `shopName`, `shopPrice`, shipping/availability hints.
2. **Search only** — set `includeShopOffers: false` for one row per product (lowest “from” price).

### What you get

**Product row:** `productId`, `title`, `price`, `priceText`, `shopCountText`, `url`, …

**Shop offer row:** `productId`, `title`, `url`, `shopName`, `shopPrice`, `shopPriceText`, `shippingText`, `availabilityText`, `shopUrl`, `kind: "shop_offer"`

Greek prices like `1.795,00 €` are parsed as `1795` (installments stripped).

### How to use

1. Enter queries (e.g. `iphone 16`) and/or product URLs.
2. Keep `includeShopOffers` on to compare competitors on the same product.
3. Cap with `maxProductsForOffers`, `maxPages`, `maxItems`. Residential proxy required.

### Pricing

Pay per dataset row (product or shop offer). Failures free (`FAILED_PAGES`).

# Actor input Schema

## `queries` (type: `array`):

Product search terms to look up on Skroutz.gr (e.g. iphone 16, playstation 5).

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Full Skroutz search, category, or product (/s/...) URLs.

## `productIds` (type: `array`):

Skroutz product IDs (the number in /s/56169387/...). Best way to get every shop price for one specific product.

## `barcodes` (type: `array`):

Product barcodes (EAN/UPC, 8–14 digits). Searched on Skroutz, then shop offers are scraped for the matching product.

## `includeShopOffers` (type: `boolean`):

Open each product page and scrape every shop's price for the same product (one dataset row per shop). This is how you compare competitors on Skroutz.

## `maxProductsForOffers` (type: `integer`):

When Include shop offers is on: how many product pages to open (each can yield many shops).

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

How many Skroutz search result pages to crawl per query (~24 products each).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many results (products, or shop offers when that mode is on).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Use Apify residential proxy (required — Skroutz uses Cloudflare).
