## Pricing

from $0.60 / 1,000 job postings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby Jobs API (+ SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio)

Get **every open job** published by a company on its career site, straight from the **official public job-board APIs** of the six most used Applicant Tracking Systems:

| ATS | Example careers page | API used |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` | Greenhouse Job Board API |
| Lever | `jobs.lever.co/spotify` (US & EU) | Lever Postings API |
| Ashby | `jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` | Ashby Job Posting API (with compensation) |
| SmartRecruiters | `careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup` | SmartRecruiters Posting API |
| Recruitee | `bunq.recruitee.com` | Recruitee Careers Site API |
| Personio | `acme.jobs.personio.de` | Personio XML job feed |

These endpoints are published by the ATS vendors precisely so that job postings can be displayed and syndicated elsewhere. No login, no cookies, **no proxy**, no browser — so runs are fast, cheap and don't break when a career page is redesigned.

### What you can do with it

- **Job boards & aggregators**: feed your site with fresh postings from hundreds of companies.
- **Sales / lead generation**: spot companies hiring for a role your product sells to (e.g. "Data Engineer", "RevOps").
- **Recruiters & talent intelligence**: watch competitors' hiring, departments growing, locations opening.
- **Job seekers**: monitor your dream companies and get only new jobs every day.
- **Salary research**: Ashby, Lever and Recruitee expose salary ranges when the company publishes them — normalized to `salaryMin`/`salaryMax`/`salaryCurrency`.

### Input

Just list companies, one per line, in any of these forms:

- a careers-page URL: `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify`, `https://bunq.recruitee.com`, `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/embed/job_board?for=airbnb`
- a forced board: `greenhouse:stripe`, `lever:netflix`, `ashby:ramp`
- a domain: `stripe.com`
- a plain company name / slug: `ramp`, `Mistral AI`

For names and domains, the actor **auto-detects the ATS**: it probes each selected platform (several slug spellings) and keeps the board with the **most open jobs** — some companies keep an old, almost empty board on a previous ATS. The per-company report (`COMPANIES` record) shows which board was used and the other boards found, so you can force one with `ats:slug` if needed.

Optional filters (applied **before** you are charged): title contains / doesn't contain, location contains, department contains, remote only, posted within N days, max jobs per company / in total.

**Monitoring mode** — `Only jobs not seen in previous runs`: job IDs are remembered in a named key-value store (one per `Monitoring state name`), so a daily schedule returns only new postings — you only pay for new jobs.

```json
{
  "companies": ["stripe", "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify", "ramp", "https://bunq.recruitee.com"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "developer"],
  "locationKeywords": ["remote", "london", "amsterdam"],
  "postedWithinDays": 30,
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true
}
```

### Output

One dataset item per job, with the same schema whatever the ATS:

`ats, companySlug, companyName, jobId, title, department, team, location, locations[], country, workplaceType, isRemote, employmentType, experienceLevel, postedAt, updatedAt, jobUrl, applyUrl, salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, salaryPeriod, salaryText, descriptionText, descriptionHtml (optional), companyInput, scrapedAt`

Fields an ATS does not publish are `null` (e.g. Greenhouse doesn't expose employment type; salaries only when the company publishes them).

Real item from the default input (run on 27 Oct 2026, description shortened):

```json
{
  "ats": "ashby",
  "companySlug": "ramp",
  "companyName": "ramp",
  "jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Backend",
  "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
  "locations": [
    "New York, NY (HQ)",
    "Remote (Canada)",
    "Remote (US)",
    "Miami, FL"
  ],
  "country": "USA",
  "companyInput": "ramp",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-27T14:11:12.525Z"
}
```

Overview table (first item per ATS from the same run):

| Company | Title | Location | ATS | Posted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Abuse Investigator | Seattle, San Francisco, New York City | greenhouse | 2026-09-09 |
| spotify | Account Executive - Commercial, Spotify Technology | New York, NY | lever | 2026-10-23 |
| ramp | Security Engineer, Cloud | New York, NY (HQ) | ashby | 2026-04-07 |
| bunq | Collections Expert | Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands | recruitee | 2026-10-26 |

Dataset views: **Jobs overview**, **Salaries**, **Apply links**. Key-value store: `COMPANIES` (ATS detected, slug, total open jobs, jobs delivered, other boards found / not found) and `RUN_STATS`.

### Pricing (pay per event)

| Apify plan | Per job | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0.001 | $1.00 |
| Starter (Bronze) | $0.0009 | $0.90 |
| Scale (Silver) | $0.00075 | $0.75 |
| Business (Gold) and above | $0.0006 | $0.60 |

Plus **$0.001 per run start**. Discounts apply automatically on paid Apify plans.

1,000 jobs ≈ $1.00 (+ $0.001 per run). Companies not found, filtered-out jobs and per-company reports are free. Platform usage is included. Set **Maximum cost per run** to cap spending — the actor stops cleanly when the limit is reached.

### Reliability

- Automatic retries with exponential back-off on HTTP 429, 408, 5xx, timeouts and network errors; 404 is treated as "board not on this ATS" (no wasted retries).
- Pagination handled (Lever, SmartRecruiters), Lever EU region supported.
- One company failing never fails the run; the run fails only if **no** company could be found.

### Integrations and API

- **API**: run the Actor and read results over HTTP or with the Apify Python and JavaScript clients (see the **API** tab for ready-made code).
- **Schedules**: run it daily or weekly from Apify schedules.
- **Integrations**: send results to Google Sheets, Slack, e-mail, Airtable or a webhook, or connect it to Make, Zapier or n8n.
- **AI agents**: available as a tool through the Apify MCP server.

### FAQ

**Which companies use these ATS?** Thousands of tech companies and scale-ups (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), large corporates (SmartRecruiters) and European SMEs (Recruitee, Personio). Open a company's careers page: if the URL or the "Apply" button points to one of the domains above, it works.

**Workday, Taleo, iCIMS?** Not supported yet (no comparable public API).

**Is it legal?** The actor only reads job postings that companies publish publicly through the vendors' documented public job-board endpoints. It collects no personal data about candidates. You remain responsible for how you use the data.

**A company was matched to the wrong board?** Use a careers URL or `ats:slug` to force it.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One company per line. Accepts a careers-page URL (boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, jobs.lever.co/spotify, jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup, bunq.recruitee.com, acme.jobs.personio.de), a forced board like <code>lever:netflix</code>, a domain (stripe.com) or a plain company name / slug (ramp). For names and domains every selected ATS is probed and the board with the most open jobs wins.

## `atsPlatforms` (type: `array`):

Which ATS to try when a company is given by name or domain (URLs and ats:slug are always used as-is). Fewer platforms = fewer requests.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains at least one of these words (case and accent insensitive). Empty = all jobs.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words, e.g. intern, senior.

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location, country or workplace type contains one of these, e.g. Paris, Germany, Remote.

## `departmentKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains one of these, e.g. Engineering, Sales.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs flagged remote by the ATS or with 'remote' in the location.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit. Jobs without a publication date are kept.

## `onlyNewSinceLastRun` (type: `boolean`):

Monitoring mode: remembers job IDs in a named key-value store and returns only new postings. Ideal for scheduled runs.

## `stateKey` (type: `string`):

Separate 'seen jobs' memory per watchlist (only used with the option above).

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Cap per company, after filters.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit. You can also cap spending with the run's 'Maximum cost per run'.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Full job description as clean text. For SmartRecruiters this needs one extra request per job.

## `includeDescriptionHtml` (type: `boolean`):

Also return the original HTML description.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Polite parallelism towards the ATS APIs.
