## Changelog

### 1.1.0 - 2026-09-12

- Widened output from 39 to 138 declared columns; no existing column was renamed, retyped or removed.
- Added identifier columns to every dataset: product and package NDC, RxCUI, UNII, UPC, SPL set id, FDA application number and type, and the EPC/MoA/CS/PE pharmacologic classes.
- Drug labels now map every prescribing-information and OTC Drug Facts section, not four of them.
- Drug approvals gained review priority, supplement counts, the latest submission's type, status and class, reference-standard flag, and direct links to the FDA label PDF, approval letter and review.
- Adverse-event rows now carry drug identity (previously always null, because the `openfda` block hangs off each reported drug rather than the report), the six individual seriousness outcomes, reporter and sender fields, suspect vs concomitant drugs, reaction outcomes, and patient age unit, age group and weight. Coded digits are decoded into words.
- Recalls gained the event id, product quantity, lot and code info, voluntary/mandated, initial notification method, classification, termination and report dates, and the recalling firm's full street address.
- Added the optional `include_details` input, which enriches rows from the FDA NDC Directory with labeler, marketing category, marketing dates, listing expiration and DEA schedule using one batched request per 20 records.

### 1.0.0 - 2026-09-10

- Added strict source-specific input schema and bounded default input.
- Added semantic dataset and Actor output schemas for Store and MCP clients.
- Added production canary coverage, cost guidance, limitations, and agent examples.
