## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

Sayfalar:

- Mesafeli satış sözleşmesi / kullanım koşulları
- Ön bilgilendirme formu
- İade ve cayma hakkı
- Gizlilik / KVKK aydınlatma
- Çerez politikası
- İletişim, Hakkımızda, Teslimat / kargo

Satıcı bilgileri (sitede görünüyor mu): e-posta, telefon, adres, şirket unvanı, vergi dairesi / numarası, MERSİS numarası.

Metin ifadeleri: 14 günlük cayma süresi, uyuşmazlık çözüm bilgisi (tüketici hakem heyeti vb.), ETBİS ifadesi.

Her madde için dayanağı belirtilir:

- `law-6563-m3`: 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun'un 3. maddesindeki bilgi verme yükümlülüğü (tanıtıcı bilgiler, gizlilik kuralları, varsa alternatif uyuşmazlık çözümü).
- `common-practice`: Yaygın uygulama. İlgili mevzuata göre ayrıca doğrulayın.

### Nasıl kullanılır?

1. "Mağaza adresleri" listesine ana sayfa adreslerini yazın.
2. Start'a basın.
3. Türkçe rapor Storage > Key-value store > REPORT kaydındadır; ayrıntılı sonuç Dataset sekmesindedir.

### Girdi

| Alan | Açıklama |
|---|---|
| `urls` | Mağaza ana sayfaları, her öğe bir site |
| `timeoutSecs` | Her sayfa için bekleme süresi. Varsayılan: 20 |

### Örnek rapor

Aşağıdaki rapor, actor'ün yerel testinde kullanılan örnek bir mağaza sayfasından alınmıştır (gerçek bir mağaza değildir).

```
E-ticaret yasal sayfa kontrolü: http://127.0.0.1:64364/good/
Puan: 100/100
Bulunanlar:
- Mesafeli satış sözleşmesi / kullanım koşulları sayfası: bulundu.
- Ön bilgilendirme formu: bulundu.
- İade ve cayma hakkı sayfası: bulundu.
- Gizlilik / KVKK aydınlatma sayfası: bulundu.
- E-posta adresi: sitede görünüyor.
- Vergi dairesi / vergi numarası: sitede görünüyor.
- 14 günlük cayma süresi ifadesi: metinde geçiyor.
Not: Bu, sitenin herkese açık sayfalarına bakan otomatik bir ön kontroldür. Hukuki görüş değildir. ...
```

### Fiyat

Kullandıkça öde (pay-per-event). Başarıyla kontrol edilen her site bir `store-checked` olayıdır. Açılmayan siteler ücretlendirilmez.

### Sınırlar

- Yalnız herkese açık HTML sayfalarına bakar. JavaScript ile sonradan yüklenen metinler görülmez.
- Sayfanın var olması, içeriğinin mevzuata uygun olduğunu göstermez. İçerik doğrulanmaz.
- Puan, hukuki uygunluk puanı değildir; hangi sayfaların bulunduğunu özetler.
- Satıcı bilgileri metin kalıplarıyla aranır. Farklı yazılmış bilgiler bulunamayabilir.
- Kesin uyum için hukuk danışmanından görüş alın.
- Aynı alan adının alt sayfalarına bakar; başka alan adlarına giden bağlantılar izlenmez.

### Kişisel veri

- Yalnız sitelerin herkese açık sayfaları okunur. Giriş gerektiren alanlara erişilmez.
- İç ağ ve yerel adresler engellenir.
- Çıktıya yalnız sayfa adresleri ve bulundu/bulunamadı bilgisi yazılır; e-posta ve telefon değerleri kaydedilmez.

## Turkish E-commerce Legal Pages Checker (Shopify and others)

Give it the home page of an online shop. The actor looks for the legal and policy pages a customer can see and reports which ones appear to be missing, in Turkish.

For Shopify stores it also tries the standard `/policies/...` paths. On other platforms (IdeaSoft, Ticimax, WooCommerce, custom builds) pages are found through menu and footer links.

This is a **first-pass check**, not legal advice.

### What it checks

- Pages: distance sales contract / terms, pre-contract information form, returns and withdrawal, privacy / KVKK notice, cookie policy, contact, about, shipping.
- Seller identity on the site: email, phone, address, company name, tax office / number, MERSIS number.
- Wording: 14-day withdrawal period, dispute resolution information, ETBIS mention.

Each item states its basis: `law-6563-m3` (information duties in Article 3 of Turkish Law No. 6563 on electronic commerce) or `common-practice` (verify against the relevant regulation).

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `urls` | Store home pages, one per entry |
| `timeoutSecs` | Wait time per page. Default: 20 |

### Output

- Dataset: one item per store with `score`, `platform`, `pages`, `identity`, `signals`, `checks` and `reportTr`. Failed stores appear with an `error` field and are not charged.
- Key-value store: `REPORT` (Turkish plain-text report).

### Pricing

Pay per event. Each successfully checked store is one `store-checked` event.

### Limitations

- Reads only public HTML. Text loaded by JavaScript is not seen.
- A page existing does not mean its content complies with the law. Content is not verified.
- The score summarizes which pages were found. It is not a legal compliance score.
- Seller details are matched with text patterns and may be missed if written differently.
- Follows links on the same domain only.

### Personal data

- Only public pages are read. Nothing behind a login is accessed.
- Private and local network addresses are blocked.
- The output stores page URLs and found / not found flags. Email and phone values are not saved.
