## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

Aynı girdi her zaman aynı sonucu verir.

- Türkçe karakterli ve karaktersiz yazımı tanır ("güzel" ve "guzel").
- Olumsuzluk eklerini dikkate alır: "beğenmedim", "memnun kalmadık", "lezzetli değildi", "hiçbir sorun yaşamadık".
- "ama", "fakat" sonrası kısmı daha ağırlıklı sayar.
- Yıldız puanı verilirse sonuca eklenir.

Konular: Fiyat, Personel ve hizmet, Temizlik ve hijyen, Lezzet ve ürün, Bekleme ve hız, Kalite, Ortam ve mekan, İletişim ve ulaşılabilirlik.

### Nasıl kullanılır?

1. "Yapıştırılmış yorumlar" kutusuna yorumları yapıştırın. Her satır bir yorum sayılır.
2. İşletme adınızı yazın. Yanıt şablonlarında kullanılır.
3. Start'a basın. Sonuç birkaç saniyede gelir.
4. Türkçe raporu Storage > Key-value store > REPORT kaydında, tabloyu Dataset sekmesinde bulursunuz.

### Girdi

| Alan | Açıklama |
|---|---|
| `reviews` | Yorum listesi, her öğe bir yorum |
| `reviewsText` | Yapıştırılmış metin, her satır bir yorum |
| `datasetId` | Yorumları içeren Apify dataset ID'si (isteğe bağlı) |
| `textField` | Dataset içinde yorum metni alanı. Varsayılan: `text` |

### Örnek JSON (kısaltılmış)

Dataset'in ilk kaydı özettir (`type: "summary"`). Sonraki kayıtlar yorum bazında sonuçlardır (`type: "review"`).

```json
{
  "type": "review",
  "index": 1,
  "text": "Garson çok kabaydı, bir daha gelmem.",
  "rating": 1,
  "sentiment": "olumsuz",
  "sentimentEn": "negative",
  "score": -8.5,
  "complaints": ["personel"],
  "praises": [],
  "matchedTerms": ["kabaydi"],
  "suggestedReply": "Merhaba, yorumunuz ve geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür ederiz. ..."
}
```

## Turkish Customer Review Summary (Sentiment, Complaints, Reply Templates)

For small businesses that receive Turkish reviews: cafes, restaurants, salons, clinics. Paste your reviews and get:

- The share of positive, negative and neutral reviews
- The most common complaints and praises, with example sentences
- Ready-to-edit Turkish reply templates per topic
- Optional per-review sentiment and a suggested reply

This actor does not scrape Google Maps or any other site. You supply the review texts, pasted or from an Apify dataset you already have.

### How it works

The analysis uses a Turkish word list and rules. No AI service or external API is called, and your reviews are not sent anywhere. The same input always gives the same result.

- Handles text with or without Turkish characters.
- Handles Turkish negation suffixes and "değil".
- Gives more weight to the part after "ama" / "fakat" (but).
- Uses star ratings when provided.

Topics: price, staff and service, cleanliness, taste and product, waiting and speed, quality, ambience, communication.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `reviews` | List of reviews, one per entry |
| `reviewsText` | Pasted text, one review per line |
| `datasetId` | Apify dataset ID with reviews (optional) |
| `textField` | Review text field in the dataset. Default: `text` |
| `ratingField` | 1-5 rating field in the dataset (optional) |
| `businessName` | Business name used in reply templates |
| `contactInfo` | Contact line added to replies for negative reviews |
| `includePerReview` | Save a result per review. Default: on |
| `maxReviews` | Maximum reviews to process. Default: 5000 |

### Output

- Dataset: one summary item (`type: "summary"`), then one item per review (`type: "review"`).
- Key-value store: `SUMMARY` (JSON) and `REPORT` (Turkish plain-text report).

### Use with another scraper's output

This actor does not collect reviews, but it can read the dataset of another actor directly. Run a review scraper from the Store, copy its dataset ID into `datasetId`, set `textField` to the name of the review text field in that dataset (for example `text` or `reviewText`) and, if there is a rating, set `ratingField`.

Only analyze data you have the right to use and that was collected in line with the source's rules.

### Pricing

Pay per event. Each analyzed review is one `review-analyzed` event. If your spending limit is reached, the actor processes only as many reviews as the limit allows.

### Limitations

- Built for Turkish reviews only.
- Word-list based. Irony, sarcasm and very indirect wording can be misclassified.
- Reply templates are drafts. Read and edit them before posting.
- Does not collect reviews from Google Maps or any other site.

### Personal data

- Email addresses and phone numbers in reviews are masked as `[gizlendi]` in the output.
- From datasets, only the review text and rating fields are read. Other fields such as reviewer names are not copied.
- Reviews are not sent to any third-party service.
- Only process reviews you have the right to process.
