## KVKK Aydınlatma Metni Kontrolü

Web sitenizdeki veya belgelerinizdeki KVKK aydınlatma metnini yapıştırın ya da sayfa adresini verin. Actor, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 10. maddesinde sayılan beş unsurun metinde geçip geçmediğini Türkçe raporlar.

Yapay zekâ kullanmaz. Aynı metin her zaman aynı sonucu verir. Yapıştırdığınız metin başka bir servise gönderilmez.

## KVKK Privacy Notice Checker (Aydınlatma Metni)

Paste a Turkish KVKK privacy notice (or give its URL). The actor reports in Turkish whether the five elements listed in Article 10 of Law No. 6698 appear in the text.

No AI is used. The same text always gives the same result. Pasted text is not sent to any other service.

### What it checks

Article 10/1 of Law No. 6698 requires the data subject to be informed about: (a) the identity of the controller and representative, (b) the purpose of processing, (c) to whom and for what purpose data may be transferred, (ç) the method and legal basis of collection, (d) the other rights listed in Article 11. Two extra suggestions are also checked: how to apply, and whether the rights are listed individually.

### Limitations

- This is **keyword matching**. An element being present in the text does not mean the content is correct, sufficient or compliant.
- The score is not a legal compliance score. It shows how many of the five elements were found.
- Turkish texts only.
- With URL input, text loaded by JavaScript is not seen. Paste the text in that case.
- Not legal advice. Consult a lawyer for full compliance.
