## Pricing

from $0.49 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## XING Jobs Scraper - Full Descriptions

Collect public job postings from **XING**, the leading professional network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Search by keywords and location, or paste XING search URLs you already use, and get a clean spreadsheet-ready list of jobs with the **full job description**, salary range, posting and expiry dates, employment type, remote flag and company link.

No login, no browser, no personal data: the tool reads only public job listings and never collects recruiter names or member profiles. Email addresses and phone numbers that employers write inside a job description are automatically replaced with `[email removed]` / `[phone removed]`.

### Price

**$0.0007 per job** returned (that is $0.70 per 1,000 jobs). The full-detail pass is included in that price. You are only charged for jobs that actually appear in your results, and never for more than your **Max results** setting.

### Typical uses

- Labour-market and salary research for the DACH region
- Tracking which companies are hiring for a role in a given city
- Building job boards, newsletters or alerts for a niche
- Recruiting and sales-intelligence teams monitoring hiring activity

### Inputs

| Field | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| **Search keywords** (`searchQueries`) | A list of job keywords. Each keyword runs as its own search, e.g. software engineer, Data Analyst, Buchhaltung. | software engineer |
| **Location** (`location`) | City or region applied to every keyword search, e.g. Berlin, München or Zürich. Leave empty to search everywhere. | empty |
| **Radius (km)** (`radiusKm`) | Search radius around the location. Only used when a location is set. | 20 |
| **XING search URLs** (`startUrls`) | Optional. Paste job search URLs copied from your browser (they start with https://www.xing.com/jobs/search). All filters in the URL are kept. | empty |
| **Remote jobs only** (`remoteOnly`) | Keep only postings marked as remote or home office. | false |
| **Fetch full job details** (`includeDetails`) | Opens each posting to read the full description, exact dates, salary and company link. Turn off for a faster, card-only run. | true |
| **Max results** (`maxItems`) | Maximum number of jobs to return across all searches. The run stops as soon as it is reached. | 100 |

The same job found by several searches is returned only once.

### Limits

- Only public XING job postings are collected. Sponsored external partner ads that link away from XING are skipped.
- Salary, career level, expiry date and company link appear only when the employer published them.
- Each search is limited to about 40 result pages; use more specific keywords or locations for very large searches.
- Requests are made politely at a modest pace. If XING refuses access, rate-limits the tool or shows a challenge page, the run stops with a clear message and returns what it has so far. Try again later or with a smaller run.
- If XING changes its website, some fields may temporarily come back empty.

### Terms

This tool reads publicly visible job listings only. It does not log in, does not access member profiles and does not collect recruiter or contact-person data. You are responsible for using the results in line with XING's terms of use and applicable laws, including data-protection rules, in your country.
