This is a buyer-proof audit rather than a generic SEO score. It focuses on whether a prospective customer can understand what is included, who it is for, what happens after purchase, and what evidence is visible before checkout.

When `pageText` is supplied, it takes priority. This is the fallback for JavaScript-heavy sites, blocked automation, or copy the user is authorized to review but cannot fetch automatically.

The dataset includes two useful views:

- **Audit overview** for title, URL, score, grade, summary, source, and generation time
- **Priority repairs** for the highest-impact missing proof blocks

- Failed input, unsafe URLs, fetch errors, parsing errors, and rejected delivery do not record the completion event

### Safety limits

- Public HTTP and HTTPS pages only
- Localhost, private/reserved IPs, embedded URL credentials, and non-web protocols are blocked
- DNS results are checked before every request and redirect
- Redirects are limited to three
- HTML downloads are limited to 1.5 MB with a 15-second request timeout
- No login, CAPTCHA, paywall, anti-bot, or access-control bypass
- Do not submit passwords, private customer data, account credentials, or access-controlled material
- The report is a content audit, not legal or platform-compliance advice

### FAQ

#### Does it rewrite my page with AI?

No. Version 0.1 uses deterministic checks and fixed repair examples. Results stay explainable and do not require an external AI key.

#### Does it work with marketplace product pages?

It can analyze publicly returned HTML. If a marketplace blocks automated access or returns incomplete HTML, paste the buyer-visible sales copy instead. The Actor does not bypass access controls.

#### Can I audit private or draft pages?

Paste only the buyer-visible copy you own or are authorized to review. Do not submit passwords, private customer data, account credentials, or access-controlled material.

#### Will a failed run trigger the completion charge?

No. The `audit-completed` event is recorded only after the complete dataset result is delivered.

#### Can I process a list of pages?

Not in version 0.1. Run one page at a time so each result and charge remains easy to understand.

Version `0.1.0` audits English product-page copy. It does not provide legal, compliance, accessibility, or SEO advice. Multilingual rules, batch mode, and optional AI repair text belong in later versions only after usage evidence appears.
