- Public, **signed-out** review scraping from the **Apple App Store** (iTunes RSS customer-reviews feed) and **Google Play** (public web reviews endpoint) — no login, no CAPTCHA, no API keys, HTTP-only (no browser).
- **Global multi-storefront fan-out** — cover any list of countries, or `["all"]`, in one run; App Store returns up to ~500 most-recent reviews per storefront.
- **Both stores normalized into one schema** and deduplicated by stable per-store review ID.
- Filters: star-rating range, `sinceDate` for incremental re-runs, `maxReviewsPerApp` cap, sort by most-recent or most-helpful.
- Optional app metadata (App Store: name, version, developer, total rating count; Google Play: name).
- Pay-per-event pricing: **$0.0003 per review**, **$0.004 per app resolved** — an app that returns nothing costs nothing.
- Non-PII by construction: only pseudonymous public handles, never contact data.

#### Known limitations / roadmap

- Google Play deep pagination is currently ~one page of recent reviews per storefront (Google's continuation token is unreliable); use multiple countries for broader coverage. Deep Google Play pagination is the top v1.1 item.
