## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 website with contact details

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## Website Contact Details Scraper

Extract public business emails, phone numbers, and social profile links from a list of websites. The Actor scans each homepage plus likely contact, about, support, and team pages, then saves one clean and deduplicated record per domain.

Use it for B2B lead enrichment, sales research, CRM cleanup, agency prospecting, supplier discovery, and building contact lists from domains you already have.

### What it extracts

- Primary email and all discovered public emails
- Primary phone and normalized phone numbers
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and GitHub links
- Website title, final URL, and domain
- Pages scanned and non-fatal website warnings
- Contact-found flags for simple filtering

Cloudflare-protected email links are decoded automatically. Duplicate emails, phones, and social links are removed.

### Quick start

1. Add one business website or domain per row in **Website URLs**.
2. Choose how many likely contact pages to scan.
3. Run the Actor and download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, or another supported format.

### Example input

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    "https://www.apify.com",
    "example.org"
  ],
  "maxPagesPerWebsite": 5,
  "includePhones": true,
  "includeSocialLinks": true,
  "onlySaveWithContact": false,
  "defaultCountryCode": "US",
  "concurrency": 5
}
```

### Example output

```json
{
  "domain": "example.org",
  "websiteTitle": "Example Company",
  "websiteUrl": "https://example.org",
  "primaryEmail": "hello@example.org",
  "emails": ["hello@example.org", "sales@example.org"],
  "primaryPhone": "+14155550100",
  "phones": ["+14155550100"],
  "socials": {
    "linkedin": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/example",
    "instagram": "https://www.instagram.com/example"
  },
  "hasEmail": true,
  "hasPhone": true,
  "hasContact": true,
  "pagesScanned": [
    "https://example.org/",
    "https://example.org/contact"
  ],
  "error": null
}
```

### Pricing behavior

The paid contact-result event is triggered only when a website yields at least one public email, phone number, or social profile. Websites that cannot be opened or contain no contact details do not trigger that result event.

### Tips for better results

- Start with 5 pages per website. Increase the limit only for large or unusual sites.
- Set the correct default phone country when scanning local businesses with domestic phone formats.
- Keep `onlySaveWithContact` disabled when you want a complete audit of every input domain.
- Some websites load contact data only with JavaScript or block automated requests. These sites may return partial or empty contact records.

### Responsible use

Extract only publicly available business contact information and use it lawfully. Follow applicable privacy, anti-spam, and data-protection rules. This Actor does not bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, or restricted content.
