- E-mail addresses and phone numbers are now removed from **every** free-text field of flat rows, including supplier names, buyer name, CPV descriptions and document descriptions (previously only title/description/document descriptions). Labelled phone numbers in any format (`Tel:`, `Mob:` ...) are also removed.

### 1.0 (2026-10-22), first Store release

- Contracts Finder and Find a Tender OCDS read APIs merged into one flat row per notice, or the full sanitized OCDS release in `raw` mode.
- Filters: stage, keywords, CPV prefixes, value range, region (exact name or hierarchical NUTS code), buyer name.
- Monitor mode (`onlyNew`): cross-run de-duplication in the named key-value store `uk-tenders-ocds-monitor`, saved after every page.
- Retries with exponential backoff and `Retry-After` support; run summary with request success rate in the `OUTPUT` record.
