## Changelog

### 1.0 (2026-10-19)

- New business filings from three state open-data portals (Socrata SODA 2.1, no app token): NY data.ny.gov `n9v6-gdp6`, CO data.colorado.gov `4ykn-tg5h`, CT data.ct.gov `n7gp-d28j`.
- Modes: new since last run (named key-value store `us-new-business-filings-state`, per state name and US state: watermark plus IDs from the last 7 days; falls back to an earlier run's dataset) and date range.
- Filters on the portal side: state, entity-type group (mapped from each state's own types), domestic/foreign, name keywords.
- One normalised schema plus the state's own fields in `raw`. The Colorado disclaimer is on every CO row word for word.
- Personal data: individuals' names (individual CO registered agents; NY chairman, service-of-process, location and registered-agent names, and their addresses) are never requested or output, including in `raw`. CO organisation agents are kept. Street lines are opt-in (`includeStreetAddresses`, flagged `personalDataIncluded`). CT e-mail fields and owner-demographic flags are never requested. (The people's-names switch in the first private build was removed before publishing.)
- Polite: one request at a time per portal, at least 1 s apart, back-off on 429/5xx (Retry-After honoured), smaller pages when Max results is low.
- PPE: `filing` $0.0015 (primary, title "New business filing"), plus `apify-actor-start` $0.00005. Push and charge are serialised (one lock); saved rows are counted from the SDK's per-event tally.
