- Clear row status (`complete`, `partial`, `not_found`, `error`) and a `RUN_SUMMARY` record with counts, invalid inputs, unchecked domains and warnings.
- Pay per domain lookup; rows with `error` are not charged.
- No registrant names, addresses or e-mails are collected.
