Fix: Pinterest search now returns new-style pin IDs (`e1_…`), and search runs returned no rows. These pins are saved again, with `pinId` and `url` as Pinterest gives them. Pin details (`includePinDetails`) are skipped for them because the detail lookup this Actor uses does not accept these IDs. For saves, use board or profile mode.
