- Extracts direct-booking rates from any property running the OPTIMA booking engine
  (`*.reservation.jp`): one row per room × plan × check-in date, with selling price, member
  price, pre-discount price, discount, remaining rooms, meal plan, payment methods, points,
  minimum stay and cancellation policy.
- Supports both OPTIMA site shapes — group sites (`/{lang}/hotels/{code}/…`) and
  single-property sites (`/{lang}/…`) — and any number of properties per run.
- Records rooms and dates that cannot be booked as explicit rows rather than dropping them, and
  distinguishes "not bookable" (`availability: false`) from "not collected" (`availability: null`).
- Detects OPTIMA silently substituting today's availability for a past check-in date and refuses
  to attribute those rooms to the requested date.
- Writes a per-run health summary to the key-value store as `OUTPUT`, and optionally appends it
  as one row to a named dataset for daily monitoring.
