Scrapes newly registered Phase 1/2 industry-sponsored clinical trials as pre-public hiring signals for executive search firms. A company registering a new trial needs a VP Clinical Development, VP Regulatory, or COO within 60-90 days — before they post the role publicly.

- **Status (30 pts)** — NOT_YET_RECRUITING is best: registered but not yet staffed

- **Enrollment size (10 pts)** — larger trials need larger teams
