## Pricing

from $0.00005 / actor start

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### 🌟 Influencer & Creator Email Finder – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch & X Creators with Followers & Business Emails (One Row per Creator) 📧

**Influencer & Creator Email Finder** finds the **creators and influencers of any niche** (`fitness`, `vegan recipes`, `gaming`, `skincare`, `travel`, `personal finance`…) on **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and X**, and delivers **one row per creator** – all its platforms merged – with its **name, handles, followers, influencer tier (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega), public business emails (checked), link-in-bio page and website**.

Unlike email scrapers that give one row per email, each row here is **a creator**: their Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles are joined through their link-in-bio page, their own website and their email, so you see the whole creator at once and contact them once.

Perfect for **influencer marketing agencies, brands and DTC shops, UGC and creator platforms, talent managers, PR agencies, affiliate and ambassador programs, event organizers and market research**.

### ✨ Why this Influencer & Creator Email Finder?

- 👤 **One row per creator** – Instagram + TikTok + YouTube + Twitch + X + link-in-bio + website merged into one creator
- 👥 **Followers & tier** – audience of each platform, the largest one, and the tier: nano ( < 10K), micro (10K–100K), mid-tier (100K–500K), macro (500K–1M), mega (1M+)
- 🎯 **Follower filters** – minimum / maximum followers (e.g. micro-influencers only)
- 📧 **Business emails** – from the public bios, link-in-bio pages (Beacons, Stan, Komi…) and the creators' own websites, with where each was found
- ✅ **Emails checked** – mail server (MX), disposable inbox, free provider, role address
- 🔎 **6 search engines** – Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Brave, Yahoo, Mojeek: wide coverage of each niche, in any country or language
- 🌍 **Location** – add a country, city or language (`UK`, `Paris`, `Brazil`, `Spanish`)
- 🛡️ **Responsible by design** – private accounts skipped, accounts that look like minors' accounts never delivered, no phone numbers, the platforms' pages are never visited, robots.txt respected
- 🆕 **Only new creators** – for scheduled runs: creators delivered before are skipped
- 📤 **Export anywhere** – JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML, API, Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets, HubSpot

### 🛠 How to find creators' emails (4 steps)

1. **Add one or more niches** – `fitness`, `vegan recipes`, `gaming`
2. **Choose the platforms** – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X
3. Optionally add a **location** and **follower limits**
4. Click **Start**

Download your creators in **JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML**, or send them to your CRM. Two views: **Creators** and **Email details**.

### 💡 Tips

🔹 **Micro-influencers** (best engagement, best prices): minimum `10000`, maximum `100000`
🔹 **Be specific**: `plant based recipes`, `home workouts`, `cozy gaming`, `budget travel` find more creators than generic words
🔹 **Local campaigns**: add a location (`UK`, `Toronto`, `French`)
🔹 **Keep "Read link-in-bio pages and websites" on**: it finds more emails and merges the platforms of each creator
🔹 **Audience unknown?** Followers are taken from the search results; untick "Keep creators with an unknown audience" to deliver only creators with a known audience
🔹 **Weekly pipeline**: schedule the actor with **Only new creators**

### 🎯 Use cases

📣 **Influencer marketing** – build shortlists by niche, tier and platform
🛍️ **Brands & DTC** – gifting, ambassadors, affiliate programs
🎬 **UGC & creator platforms** – recruit creators
🤝 **Talent managers & PR** – find creators to represent or pitch
🎟️ **Events** – speakers, hosts and guests of a niche
📊 **Market research** – who the creators of a niche are and how big they are

### ❓ FAQ

**Where does the data come from?**
From public information only: the search results of 6 search engines (public profile titles, bios and audience), the creators' public link-in-bio pages and their own websites. The social platforms' pages themselves are never visited, there is no login, and robots.txt is respected (Linktree pages, for example, are only read in the search results).

**Why are followers sometimes empty?**
The audience is taken from the search results, which do not always show it. Those creators are kept by default; untick "Keep creators with an unknown audience" to exclude them.

**Are minors' accounts included?**
No. Accounts whose public bio shows they belong to a minor (age under 18, "managed by my mom"…) are never delivered, and private accounts are skipped. No phone number is collected.

**Why fewer creators than requested?**
Few creators of that niche publish a business email. Try more specific niches, more platforms, a wider follower range, or untick "Only creators with an email".

**Is it legal?**
The actor only collects public business contact information that creators publish themselves for collaborations. You are responsible for using it in compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL…): send relevant, personal and professional proposals, identify yourself and always include an opt-out.

### 💰 Pricing

Simple pay-per-result model: you only pay for the creators delivered – one row per creator, with all its platforms and emails.

**Price: $4.99 per 1,000 creators** 💵

# Actor input Schema

## `NICHES` (type: `array`):

What the creators talk about: "fitness", "vegan recipes", "gaming", "skincare", "travel", "personal finance"... One per line (click "+ Add").

## `PLATFORMS` (type: `array`):

Where to find the creators. Link-in-bio pages (Beacons, Stan...) are always used to merge a creator's profiles.

## `LOCATION` (type: `string`):

Added to the searches: "UK", "Paris", "Brazil", "French"... Leave empty for every country.

## `MIN_FOLLOWERS` (type: `integer`):

Keep only creators with at least this audience (largest audience among their platforms, when it is shown in the search results). 0 = no minimum.

## `MAX_FOLLOWERS` (type: `integer`):

Keep only creators with at most this audience (e.g. 100000 for nano and micro influencers). 0 = no maximum.

## `KEEP_UNKNOWN_FOLLOWERS` (type: `boolean`):

The audience is not always shown in the search results. Ticked: those creators are kept even with follower limits (followers = empty).

## `MAX_CREATORS` (type: `integer`):

Number of creators to deliver (one row per creator, all its platforms merged).

## `ONLY_WITH_EMAIL` (type: `boolean`):

Deliver only the creators with a public business email (recommended). Untick to also get creators without email (profiles and audience only).

## `VISIT_LINKS` (type: `boolean`):

Reads the creators' link-in-bio pages and own websites (when their robots.txt allows it) to find more emails and merge their platforms. Slower, more emails.

## `VERIFY_EMAILS` (type: `boolean`):

Checks every email: syntax, the domain receives emails (mail server / MX records), disposable inbox, free provider, role address. No email is ever sent.

## `ONLY_NEW` (type: `boolean`):

For scheduled runs: creators delivered by your previous runs of this actor are skipped, so each run only brings (and charges) NEW creators.
