## Pricing

from $1.09 / 1,000 deals

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## InvestorLift · Wholesale Deals, Emails & Phones

Turn the **[InvestorLift](https://investorlift.com)** wholesale marketplace into clean rows for your CRM, cold outreach, comps or deal flow.

**No login. No InvestorLift account. No API key.**

**Free Apify plan:** 20 deals per run. Paid plans export as many as you ask for.

InvestorLift listings do not include a seller email. Tick **Find public website…** and the Actor checks each wholesaler's own company website for a published email, phone and LinkedIn — never invented.

***

### Who is this for?

| You are… | Goal | Setup |
|----------|------|-------|
| Wholesale buyer / investor | Fill a deal pipeline | **Active** |
| Acquisitions / SDR | Contact wholesalers | Active + **Find public website…** |
| Analyst / underwriter | Comps from sold inventory | **Historical** (sold + pending) |
| Operator with a watch list | Refresh deals you saved | **Specific** — paste URLs or IDs |
| Data / ops | Scheduled master table | Active + dates, on an Apify Schedule |

***

### Quick start

1. Open the **Input** tab.
2. Leave **Mode** on **Active**, **Florida** selected and **Find public website…** ticked.
3. Click **Start**, then open the **Outreach** view or download the dataset.

Clear **US states** for a nationwide export; untick **Find public website…** for deals only.

***

### What you get

| Group | Fields |
|-------|--------|
| **Location** | city, state\_code, county, zip, latitude, longitude, public\_address, full\_address\* |
| **Deal numbers** | price, bedrooms, bathrooms, sq\_footage, lot\_size, year\_built, arv\_estimate, arv\_percentage, gross\_margin |
| **Wholesaler** | wholesaler\_company, account\_title, wholesaler\_name, account\_id, wholesaler\_rating, wholesaler\_review\_count |
| **Public contacts** (optional) | website, email, phone, linkedinUrl, websiteSource |
| **Listing contacts** | listing\_email, listing\_phone — written in the listing text itself |
| **Timing & traction** | days\_on\_il, page\_views, published\_at, expires\_at |
| **Listing** | title, description, condition, property\_type, status, img\_url, images, images\_count, property\_page\_url |
| **Lineage** | `source`: `available`, `historical`, `bulk` |

\* `full_address` is filled when the deal's street address is already known to the connected CRM.

Dataset views: **Overview** · **Outreach** (CRM columns) · **Addresses & photos**.

### How much does it cost?

Pay per result — **no start fee, and compute is included** (you are not billed platform usage on top).

| Per 1,000 deals | Free | Bronze | Silver | Gold+ |
|-----------------|------|--------|--------|-------|
| Deal | $1.99 | $1.69 | $1.39 | $1.09 |
| + seller website found | +$1.49 | +$1.29 | +$1.09 | +$0.89 |
| + seller phone found | +$2.99 | +$2.69 | +$2.39 | +$1.99 |
| + seller email found | +$6.49 | +$5.99 | +$5.49 | +$4.99 |

Every row costs the **Deal** price. A contact add-on is charged **on top** of it, at most one per row (the best one found: email > phone > website), and only when **Find public website…** is on and the wholesaler actually publishes it. The price you see is the whole price — no platform fees are added.

| Example — total for 1,000 deals | Free | Gold+ |
|---------------------------------|------|-------|
| No site lookup | $1.99 | $1.09 |
| All with a published seller website | $3.48 | $1.98 |
| All with a published seller phone | $4.98 | $3.08 |
| All with a published seller email | $8.48 | $6.08 |

The run stops cleanly at your **Maximum cost per run** — you never pay for rows beyond it.

### Modes

| Mode | Best for | Runtime |
|------|----------|---------|
| **Active** | Current listings (~3,300 nationwide) | Seconds to minutes |
| **Historical** | Sold + pending (~54,000) | Minutes; raise Timeout for a full export with details |
| **Specific** | Your own URL / ID list | Depends on list size |

**Listed from / until** apply to **Active** only. **US states**, **Cities** and **min / max price** apply in every mode.

### Resume

A **Resurrect** (or rerun into the same dataset) skips deals already exported, so a timed-out Historical export continues without duplicates.

***

### Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to do |
|-------|------------|
| Empty Active export | Clear dates / states / cities / price. |
| No description or contact person | Set `"enrichWithDetails": true`. |
| Few emails | Expected — many wholesalers publish no mailbox on their site. |
| Historical timed out | Raise **Timeout** in Run options and resurrect. |

***

### Is it legal?

The Actor reads only what InvestorLift shows publicly and what wholesalers publish on their own websites. Rows can include business contact names — make sure your use complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and local marketing rules.
