## Pricing

Pay per event

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Century 21 France Agencies · SIREN, Managers & Phones

**No login. No API key.** Export Century 21 real estate agencies across France with the company behind each shop: phone, address, website, manager, legal company name, SIREN, SIRET, VAT number and professional card.

### Who is this for?

| Persona | Typical goal | Suggested setup |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Proptech / SaaS vendor | Call agency managers by region | `departments` + default run |
| B2B data team | Match agencies to company registers (Pappers, INSEE) | Company view |
| KYC / compliance | Check professional card and financial guarantor | Company view |
| Franchise recruiter | Map Century 21 owners and multi-agency groups | Full export |
| Local marketer | Phone list for one city | `cities` filter, fast mode |

### Quick start

1. Type a department in **Departments** (for example `75`), or leave it empty for all of France.
2. Set **Max agencies** to `20`.
3. Click **Start**. Open the **Contacts** or **Company** view.

### Ready-made examples

Published tasks: Paris agencies with SIREN, Lyon and Rhone list, France company IDs, fast phone list.

### What you get

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `agency_name` | Agency name (e.g. CENTURY 21 Les Abbesses) |
| `phone` / `phone_display` | Agency phone (E.164 and display) |
| `address` / `postal_code` / `city` | Street address |
| `agency_website` | Agency mini-site |
| `manager_name` / `manager_role` | Manager from the team block (or publication director) |
| `team` | Team members with their role |
| `legal_name` / `legal_form` | Company behind the agency (e.g. SAS GERALYON) |
| `siren` / `siret` / `vat_number` | Company identifiers |
| `professional_card` / `card_issuer` | Real estate professional card (loi Hoguet) and issuing CCI |
| `financial_guarantor` | Financial guarantee provider |
| `email` | Public email, only when the agency publishes one on its site |

Measured on 20 Paris agencies (14 Oct 2026): phone 100%, manager 90%, SIREN 90%, SIRET 90%, legal name 70%, VAT 65%, professional card 70%. Most Century 21 agencies do not publish an email, so `email` is usually empty.

### Input

| Field | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `departments` | No | Codes or names (75, 69, 2A, Gironde). Empty = all of France |
| `cities` | No | City, postal code or address filter |
| `includeCompanyDetails` | No | Read each agency site (default on). Off = fast phone list |
| `maxItems` | No | Cap (0 = none). Free plan max 20 |
| `concurrency` | No | Agency sites read in parallel (1 to 8) |

```json
{ "departments": ["75"], "maxItems": 20 }
```

### How it works

1. Reads the national agency finder, one page per department.
2. For each agency, opens its mini-site `/agence/` (team, email) and `/mentions_legales/` (company identity).
3. Charges pay-per-event **before** each row is saved, and stops at your maximum cost per run.

### How much does it cost to scrape Century 21 agencies?

| Scenario | Free | Bronze | Diamond |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Start | $0.05 | $0.05 | $0.04 |
| 100 agencies with SIREN | ~$0.30 | ~$0.27 | ~$0.19 |
| 1,000 agencies with SIREN | ~$2.55 | ~$2.25 | ~$1.54 |

Rows with an email cost $0.004 (Free) and rows with directory data only cost $0.001. Free Apify accounts are limited to **20 agencies per run**.

### Is it legal to scrape Century 21?

The Actor only reads public pages (agency finder and legal notices that agencies must publish) and never bypasses a login. Company identifiers are public business data. You remain responsible for your use of the data under the site terms and GDPR, in particular for outreach to named people.
