## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## French Property Intel · DPE, DVF, Risks & Owner SIREN

Paste a **French street address**. Get one dossier per line: energy class (ADEME DPE), official sales (DVF), natural hazards (Géorisques), copro registration id, and the **SCI / property-company SIREN** sitting at that number.

Open data only. No login. **No invented emails.**

### What you get

| Field | Source |
|---|---|
| Normalized address, BAN id, GPS | [API Adresse](https://adresse.data.gouv.fr) |
| DPE class, F/G flag, surface, copro id | [ADEME DPE](https://data.ademe.fr) |
| Recent mutations, €/m² | [geo-DVF](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/demandes-de-valeurs-foncieres-geolocalisees/) |
| Flood, clay, earthquake… | [Géorisques](https://www.georisques.gouv.fr) |
| Owner SIREN, legal form, public directors | [recherche-entreprises](https://recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr) (INSEE) |

Use it to **qualify a lead you already have** (devis, listing, portfolio) — not to dump every passoire in France. For nationwide F/G owner lists, use [French DPE F/G · Property Owner SIRENs](https://apify.com/corent1robert/dpe-fg-proprietaires-siren).

### Input

- **N° et rue** — `21 rue Victor Hugo` (no postcode in this field)
- **Code postal** — 5 digits (`92600`)
- **Ville** — `Asnières-sur-Seine`
- Optional extra rows under **Adresses supplémentaires**
- Optional toggles: DPE, DVF, risks, owner SIREN
- Owner match: SCI / NAF 68.10–68.20 by default (not every shop on the street)

### Pricing (pay per event)

| Event | When | Free |
|---|---|---|
| `apify-actor-start` | Run start (auto) | $0.00005 |
| `property-dossier-with-owner` | Geocoded dossier **with** at least one owner SIREN | **$0.010** |
| `property-dossier` | Geocoded dossier, no owner SIREN | $0.004 |

BAN misses are **not** billed. Social/email fields are never invented.

### Output

One dataset item per successful address. Overview columns: address, worst DPE, passoire, DVF €/m², flood, clay, copro id, owner SIREN.

### Limits

- France only (BAN).
- DVF files are per commune and year — large departments take a few extra seconds on the first address.
- DVF **groups lots of the same mutation**. Apartments: the deed price is divided by the **sum** of apartment surfaces. Houses: **principal dwelling only** (a small annex typed « Maison » is not added). Commercial locals and parking are not in the denominator.
- €/m² **growth** uses only same-parcel sales with a living surface. One comparable sale → growth is empty, with a note. A neighbouring parcel is not used.
- Owner match is **street number + postcode**, not a cadastral title deed. Several SCI can sit on the same building.
- Copro **id** comes from the DPE when ADEME published it; the full RNIC CSV is not downloaded.
