- **Only new since last run**: first run saves a baseline (0 billed rows); later runs export new slugs only. Same region + postcodes = same baseline. `resetDelta` stays API-only.
- Run resume: resurrected runs skip already saved advisors (no double PPE). Dataset rows appear as soon as they match.
