- Worldwide is a first-class mode: pick it and Start. The 20-school default is lifted for Worldwide only (All + 20 stays a sample). Default timeout is 4 hours. Proxy picker removed from the Console form.

#### Reliability

- Rebuilt on **HTTP** (Cheerio). School pages are fully server-rendered — the old Puppeteer crawl was slow, expensive, and brittle.
- Reads the **School JSON-LD graph** (the first `ld+json` block is only breadcrumbs). Fees, website, geo, socials and description come from structured data plus the profile HTML.
- **Never invents contacts.** Directory form mailboxes (`@international-schools-database.com`) are ignored. Optional website scan copies a published email or `tel:` only when it is on the school's own site.
- Boarding is **Yes** only when the profile marks it — not because a nearby listing mentioned the word.
