*Features*

- Every job now includes its full description (text and HTML) by default, at the
  same flat per-result price. Turn descriptions off for a much faster run when you
  only need the structured fields.
- If descriptions can't be fetched when a run starts, the run now restarts itself
  automatically instead of returning jobs without them. If they are still
  unavailable, the run says so in its status instead of finishing silently.

*Fixes*

- Runs no longer stall without returning any jobs until they time out. Searches
  start delivering results within seconds again, with or without full descriptions.
- Large runs with full descriptions now describe every job, not just the first
  fifty or so.
- Salary and experience that an employer did not disclose now come back empty
  instead of `0`, so averages and filters on these fields are no longer skewed.
- Jobs from the Gulf market now carry their real country (for example United Arab
  Emirates or Qatar) instead of the region name.
