*Fixes*

- Runs no longer fail when Upwork refuses most connections. Since early October some
  runs had been ending as "failed" with no jobs, and others were slow and wasted traffic.
  Searches and job details now go through on the first try again.
- Recurring and scheduled runs start straight away on whatever connection method worked
  last time, instead of working it out again on every run.

*Fixes*

- With client filters on (minimum spend, rating, reviews, verified payment, proposals or
  custom rules), `maxResults` now counts the jobs you actually get. Before, a 50-job run
  with a strict client filter could return only a handful of jobs. If your filters match
  very few jobs, the run stops early and the log tells you to loosen them.
- Runs recover better when Upwork briefly refuses some connections. They keep going
  instead of failing early.

#### 2026-09-28

*Fixes*

- Job searches return results again. Since about 25 September, runs had been finishing
  with an empty dataset.
- When Upwork refuses to serve job searches, the run now stops within seconds and is
  marked as failed with a clear message, instead of finishing as "succeeded" with an
  empty dataset.
