## Pricing

from $3.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## Jiwu Scraper

Scrape [jiwu.com](https://www.jiwu.com/) — Chinese resale-home listings portal (吉屋二手房).

> **Note:** This actor was originally planned for Anjuke (anjuke.com). Anjuke is a 58 Group
> property that serves an IP-reputation captcha challenge to **every** egress tier — plain
> httpx, curl\_cffi chrome131, real headless browser, Apify datacenter IPs, and Apify AUTO
> proxy (verified from multiple networks). Per the replacement policy it was swapped for
> Jiwu, a same-category Chinese resale-home listings portal that serves SSR HTML freely.

### Modes

| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| `byCity` (default) | Browse resale listings for a city (optional Shanghai district filter) |
| `byPropertyUrl` | Fetch one property detail page per URL/ID |

### Filters

`minPrice` / `maxPrice` (CNY), `minArea` (m²), `containsKeyword` (title substring), `maxItems`.

### Output fields

`propertyId`, `title`, `price` (CNY), `pricePerSqm` (CNY/m²), `area` (m²), `rooms`, `halls`, `floorLevel`, `totalFloors`, `buildYear`, `orientation`, `decoration`, `elevator`, `listingDate`, `updatedAt`, `tags[]`, `district`, `community`, `address`, `lng`/`lat`, `imageUrl` (card thumbnail), `images[]` (detail-page photos, when present in SSR), `keywords`, `description`, `url`, `sourceUrl`, `scrapedAt`, `recordType`. Typed `error` records for invalid URLs / fetch failures / anti-bot challenges.

### Data Source

Jiwu listing and detail pages are server-side rendered. No login, no API key.

### Anti-bot

Tier 2: `curl_cffi` chrome131 TLS impersonation, rotating browser user-agents, exponential backoff on 403/429/5xx, lazy Apify AUTO-datacenter proxy escalation. Jiwu intermittently serves a Tencent TCaptcha challenge page (`吉屋网请求验证页面`) to datacenter/foreign IPs — the actor detects it (typed `ANTIBOT_CHALLENGE` records), retries via proxy, and falls back to a mobile-phone UA (which the challenge sometimes lets through).

### Limits

- The `district` filter currently supports Shanghai districts; other cities browse city-wide.
- Listing pages can be captcha-gated during bursts; `byPropertyUrl` (detail pages) is the more robust mode.
- Some city subdomains intermittently return HTTP 500 / reset connections or a 200 page with no cards from non-mainland egress (site-side — e.g. `wh`, `cd`, `nj` were affected in Aug 2026); such runs fail soft with 0 records and a status message. Re-running later usually succeeds.
- Detail-page images load via JS and are not present in the SSR HTML; `imageUrl` on listing cards is the card thumbnail.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
